Super rude drive thru dude.... Questioned my claim that it was my birthday... I produced several current cards including a Gold Card which I've had for almost 15 years.... NEVER an issue getting a birthday drink anywhere around the country... When you already have a birthday 2 days before Christmas that everyone forgets, this one simple Freebie for the literally Hundreds of dollars spent at SBUx should not be an issue... I offered to show my driver's license as well... Sheesh...He had the Nerve to question if someone Else had used my free drink.... AFTER my teenager had paid for her order with her OWN SBUx app 😡

Ordered in advance for pickup, but they hadn't even started my sandwich when I got there. Drink was ready and sitting there for pickup but was another five minutes before someone behind the counter finally came over and asked what my name was and that's how I found out the food hadn't even been prepared yet. They were friendly but that was slightly disappointing. Also one side of the chibatta bread seemed freezer burnt and hard to bite through.

I was in an accident on Thurs 5/30/24 in the parking lot. I want to Thank the employee who came out and offered a first-aid kit and her help. I'd also like to thank the customer (I'm pretty sure a regular) who was so caring and helpful. Bringing me water and keeping me calm thru my pain. Also thank you to the 2 gentlemen who helped with my motorcycle and called 911. I wish I would've gotten names. Starbucks if you know who these people are please forward my Thanks. Nice to know there are still caring and helpful people in this world. I never got my drink but I'm sure it would have been great

Great staff very friendly and quick preparing your order, only problem when I tried to pay I was using coins and a card and the barista was kind of upset and give me the funny look, everything else is great.
