excited to find a place on Super Bowl Sunday that was literally dead Just three people seated at the bar. We had a party of 17. Trish would not allow any other server to help her. She didn't check on our table enough. We had empty glasses the majority of the time. Chicken was cold and dry. One of our appetizers did not show up. She tried to charge us for it. One of our meals did not show up until TWENTY minutes after everyone was already done. She charged for that. I told her that she should comp the meal that was twenty minutes late and she said, “she ate the burger, didn’t she?!“ along with, “ Gosh I’ll just pay for it with my own money!“ then proceeded to say, “ The owner will NOT comp the meal.” So we paid for the meal, it wasn’t a big deal, the problem here is how Trish handled this situation and how she couldn’t come up with a solution to make things right.

I stopped here with a friend… I ordered a burger and asked for it to be well done. I waited about 40 minutes for my food and it was still not prepared correctly.

Great local Fountain Hills tavern. We almost always get hamburgers, cooked perfectly every time. Nice atmosphere, server is wonderful. Highly recommended!!

We had been here a few times before, and tonight was an extreme disappointment. The service was subpar, and on top of it, we got there and they said the kitchen was closed, though the website did not state that, so they said they could throw in some chicken tenders for us. When the food got there, it was so chewy and not good. We weren’t going to say anything, but when the check got there and was charging $30 for 2 orders of 3 chicken tenders, we asked for a refund of at least 1 order. The server proceeded to tell us that we “could ask, but that the owner is over there and is drunk so it might not be the best time to ask”. I said I wanted to ask, and when we went to him, he then asked what was wrong with them, and I explained how chewy and overcooked they were for the price of $30 for 2 orders of 3 tenders. He then tore them apart in front me and everyone at the bar exclaiming that there was nothing wrong with them. It was so extremely rude and I will never go back there even though the 3 other times we have been there were fun. Terrible experience. Will never recommend this place.

This is the place to be.. Fantastic live band, great drinks, delicious food, wonderful staff and owner is super kind and thoughtful. We played pool 🎱 all night. They all Made my birthday so special.. We had a great time

Absolutely fantastic food and service. We had a pizza with green chilis and mushrooms as well as a burger. Everything was fresh, cooked perfectly and the owner Milt was a gracious host, quick witted and made sure we had fun and a reason to come back!
