Walking in we were greeted and quickly met with a smile. The food was good, the vegetables were clean and crisp, and I enjoy the way they did the chickens here. We got a 3 cheese and a chicken buffalo.

Ordered .70 cent boneless wings last night. Size consistency was really off. The saucing was really inconsistent, either some were dry or drenched. I thought they would be tossed in a bowl for more even coating of the sauce. Chose charleys over panda bc i wanted something different. Never again.

I went in to purchase a small meal and because they’re out of small cups and only have large cups they wanted to charge me for the upsize price of large. I wanted a small for a reason. Why should I have to pay because you failed to order your supplies. Why should I be Inconvenienced? I asked them to cancel my order because they didn’t see the issue and I’m putting a complaint in with the BBB because this is price gauging.

No way you're a real review is 4.2. The lady at the register was so rude this morning I didn't even place my order.I walked out as soon as she greeted me.12/9/2024. If your employees don't like their job they should definitely get a new one. You have lost my business forever.

I use to really like this place but after this weekend I don’t think I’ll be back. Ordered a meal through the website, cost almost $19 dollars for one combo. Arrive about 5 mins after ordering and the food is already done. I have a short drive home and when I start eating I realize not only is the food cold, the bread is completely mush, everything is falling apart because of this and the frys are undercooked with cold cheese. Call up there and speak with the “manager” who tells me to get a refund through the app I ordered it on (it was the direct website) or she’ll remake it. I get there and this manger (young girl, red or brown hair, slight acne) takes the food I originally bought and remakes the food. No apology, acknowledgement etc. sets the bag on the counter and walks away. I asked her to please remake my drink because at this point it’s watery and I haven’t been able to enjoy it with my food. Again with an attitude she does, but doesn’t bother putting ice in it. Just sets it on the counter and walks away again. As a manager myself and someone who works in customer service this girl is in the wrong position. Taking out your frustrations on a customer because YOUR employees didn’t make an order correct is wild. An apology goes a long way in customer service.

I haven't been here in a few years, but it was as good as I remember it being. The meat is juicy and tender and fresh veggies. I prefer a bit more mushrooms than was on my sandwich, but good amount of caramelized onions. I recommend the strawberry lemonade which is very delicious. Charley's has been at Amc 30 for as long as I can remember. They have always been good, just a limited menu and a little pricey for me. They don't offer jalapeno cheese fries anymore which were great, so I opted for just cheese fries.

Tables aren’t wiped down. But overall it’s an okay establishment. Was slow when I came, Monday 3pm. Fries were a little too over cooked but that’s okay.

Had lunch here today. Location is ideal. Good selection and decent prices. Plenty of parking. Ordered the regular chicken cheesesteak combo. Comes with a drink and fries. I have been to Charley’s other location in fashion square mall. Unlike that location which skimps on toppings and meat, this one piles it on. The sandwich tasted great. I would come to this location again.
