We only stayed 2 nights at Cave Lake Canyons, but I wish it had been more. The accommodations are beautiful comfortable tents with a king size bed, 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids, a private 4 piece bathroom. The tent is very tastefully decorated and feels more like a resort than camping. But that is not the best part. The property itself is fairly newly built, so the land around it is untouched. Just sitting on the porch listening to the streams and birds was so relaxing. We hiked through the canyons and got to explore a few caves, then we spent the afternoon paddling on the lake, and finally we went on an evening horseback ride. The next morning some of us went to wave and some us stayed and rode the ATVs around the property. They have everything right here on the property to make you never want to leave. This place is excellent for families. The owners are group of local families and they are full of great tips for things to do outside. One last part to mention, all of this is within a 10 minute drive to town, where you can go out to dinner or shop. This place is a must for anyone visiting the area.

We stayed one night in tent 3 (King plus 4 bunk beds)…such a great spot! Tent was perfect for our family of 5.! Location was fun! We also did a tour with ROAM and that was fantastic as well! Highly recommend both the glamping @ Cave Lakes Canyon Ranch and the ATV tour!

This is the perfect place for any occasion! Girls trip, family reunion, youth conference, guy cation, retreat, you name it, this is your location. There is so much to do and the housing is so clean. The staff was very friendly too. It is not too far from the road but makes you feel like you are off the beaten path with such amazing scenery! I can’t wait to get my next stay booked!

I highly recommend staying here. We had such a blast. It is in the most gorgeous scenery of Southern Utah and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Our tent Cabin was so clean and so nice. The activities were excellent! We will be back for sure. It was camping at its finest.

I almost don’t want to write this review because I want to keep this hidden gem a secret as long as possible. I know, after our visit, that it will undoubtedly become one of the most difficult places to book in the entire southwest. My family is from the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Durango, Co. We frequently visit places such as Moab, Ouray, Lake Powell, The Grand Canyon, and of course the Zion/Kanab/St. George area as they are within close travel distance. Having traveled and explored some of the most beautiful places on earth you can trust me when I say, “this place is special”. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Near city facilities like restaurants, gas stations, markets, coffee shops, supply stores, etc. but far enough away to be hidden from traffic, noise, and crowds. Tucked into the floor of a jaw dropping cavernous canyon you literally feel like you are alone on another planet. The hospitality of the management is A++ (and I’m a business owner in the hospitality field). The facilities are perfect for anyone that wants adventure but truly needs some amenities (We needed to get some work done during our stay. The Wi-Fi, A/C, Fridge, bathroom were vital and worked perfectly). When we travel we often use the place we sleep as our base camp. Adventuring out each day to explore then returning late at night to sleep. But the Cave Lakes Property literally made us change our itinerary. THERE ARE CAVES THAT YOU CAN PADDLE BOARD IN LITERALLY STEPS FROM YOUR TENT!!!!!! I cannot say how amazing, unique, and cool this experience truly is. To walk with your family and see the joy on your kids faces, the gasps, the oooh’s and ahhhh’s is simply the best thing in life. I am literally choking up at how amazing this vacation was for our family. And that’s just the property.||ROAM Adventures takes it to another level. We are an adventurous family. We have swam with sharks in Belize, sailed the NaPaAli coast, summited peaks, hiked the Rockies, and cave explored the desert. We know adventure when we see it. But we now travel with a 2 year old. We are capable people (we hiked him through the Narrows during our stay) but needless to say we have to adjust our adventures slightly around him. ROAM offers something for everyone. From mellow sightseeing to full out next level guided adventure. Again, their hospitality was second to none and I’m sure I have made friends for life with the ROAM crew because we will be returning to visit them for the rest of our lives. I could tell you detail by detail about our ROAM adventures but I want to leave some room for you to discover for yourself. I urge anyone that is still reading this and made it this far to take the time to look at our family pictures from this vacation that are posted. This truly was a family vacation that touched our souls and brought us closer together as a family. Do not hesitate. This place is going to be difficult to book in the very near future.

Absolutely gorgeous location. Hospitality from the beginning to end was top notch. Housing was clean and peacefully. Handful of activities were available to experience if looking for an adventure. Would recommend friends and family to experience this gem.

I’m native to the Kanab area. We wanted a staycation, and this was perfect. So cool. So clean. “Mady” was the highlight! Jerron and the staff have it together up there. We are excited to go back and visit soon!
