This hotel is decent and a good choice for a budget hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious and the location makes it easy to get to Zion, st.george and lots of other places.
My main issue was how we were treated at check-in. When it was time to pay I couldn't remember if I had paid the room or just the deposit and wanted to check my email to see what I had paid. The guy at the reception was very pushy and kept telling me just to pay because the payment would time out. The payment wasn't the issue but it was his attitude that made it uncomfortable. He didn't let my husband and I talk about it and insisted there was no time to just check my email. It left a bad impression.
Breakfast is fine with a standard assortment, one morning things were better refilled then the morning before. We also asked If the hot tub was open and they told us it was but that it was covered in a tarp and we would have to uncover it and cover it ourselves. We went to see it and to uncover the hot tub we would have had to move the trash cans and beach chairs holding it down on the corners. That was pretty weird.
But I guess you get what you pay for and for 50 bucks it was a good room.

Stayed here for a night while visiting the national parks nearby. Very clean rooms including clean bathrooms, smoke-free air, great hot and cold breakfast options along with fruit. There’s a microwave and fridge available in each room along with on in the main dining area. We stuffed ourselves silly at breakfast with the eggs, sausages and banana waffles! Beautiful view of the mountain range as we ate. Shout out to Sebastian for helping us with toiletries and recommendations. Did not get to try out the pool as it was out of season nor the jacuzzi. There is a gym that I also did not get to venture. Would definitely book again.

We stayed one night on our way to Salt Lake City, and had a reservation for a week later on our way back to Phoenix, but I cancelled the return stay. But first the positives:

Really friendly and competent front desk staff!
Very clean and spacious rooms.
Good parking
Good breakfast items, especially if you’re headed to the nearby national parks.

So why the 4 stars? The bed was ROCK/plywood board hard, to the point I didn’t sleep much. Having said this, if hard beds are good for you this is your place! I wish it was mine because we are in Kanab a couple times a year.

We stayed here for the Balloons and Tunes Roundup, The staff and Management went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. This is the best place we have stayed in Kanab since we started coming to Kanab 12 years ago. Can't wait to come back and here again. Thanks Juan and crew

I got a fabulous night's sleep here. The room was very quiet and clean for a great price. I was just traveling through and very happy I chose this hotel. They provided a nice variety of pillows and a comfortable bed. The free breakfast had a nice variety of fruit, yogurt, danishes, eggs, etc.

Really nice place! The rooms were bigger than typical rooms, with a living room area and a bed area. Everything worked well: HVAC, TV, comfy bed. ||Everything was clean and housekeeping was stellar! ||The people were all friendly & helpful. ||Good workout room (opens at 6, but it let me in early - excellent!)||Super easy parking. Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants. ||A great choice in Kanab!

Staff was extremely friend and helpful. My 2-Queen room was clean and comfortable. The self service laundry has two washers/dryers which worked great. Breakfast was delicious with hot/cold options. Hotel is located right on the main street in town, but it was quiet and I felt safe as a solo traveler. A lot of things were within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Nicest place in Kanab. The manager is super great. The hotel is clean and well kept. The breakfast checks all the boxes that a hotel breakfast should have. I highly recommend.
