I don’t know what the other people say about this Motel 8 but compared with other Motel 8 across the country this is one of the best and cleanest. Maybe because it wasn’t packed and they took good care of the rooms? I really don’t know.
What I know is that my room was clean, in a good location by grocery stores and restaurants. This place has to be rated higher and people have to stop comparing hotels with motels.

Staff is not very knowledgeable of processes or rewards programs. Morning staff couldn't even be found for check out. Left my room keys and a note that I was checking out. Cost was $94 after tax and I would not waste that money again.

Very clean and well kept room. Overall quiet.
Great price. Honestly breakfast was more than we expected. Coffee, juice, toast and cereal. Not sure why people would expect a full breakfast for the price of the rooms.

I booked a room here by mistake. I'm not sure if it was my error or what but I needed a room in a different city and somehow I got a room at this location. I promptly called to try to switch it or modify it to another location or cancel it and the supposed manager was not very nice at all or understanding and would not refund me. I had to wind up paying for another hotel in the correct city. I understand cancellation policies but it was a mistake and he did not care one bit. The place itself could be very nice I don't know but customer service which is very important is a zero. All he wanted to do was argue with me.

Won’t be back, some rooms were being used by multiple ppl different cars in and out all night the woman in front of me ask to rent the the room by the hour, I truly thought it might have been sex traffic and deffently drug related

Rooms were semi-clean but the pillowcases were stained and possibly unwashed. Sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. Room also had a terrible smell. We were also greeted and checked in by someone underage.

Honestly I can give them a hard 3-4 stars for convenience and location. The employees were ok as well. I stayed here for one night and everything went well there were a few things I wasn’t ok with but overall good place for the price range.

Positive: "" Negative: Planned and overnight trip. But kid got strep and they would not let me cancel or change the date to the following week. So I had to pay for a room that I could not use. Pretty lousy customer service. Could have canceled the room with no charge.
