Neat little place. The food and drink were great. Adam the server was fantastic. The location is easy to find and on a roadway. The only odd thing is one single bathroom for all the customers to use. There was a line up and it was a little awkward men and women using the same bathroom

First time here. We came with a group. Nice greeting and attentive servers. Had heard that the Guacamole was excellent. It was only good. Ordered the Shrimp Street tacos, they were fair (single shrimp, simple slaw).

With so many other excellent restaurants, I wouldn't see coming back here.

This is a wonderful restaurant in Fountain Hills and definitely worth checking out. If you want the sun, there's plenty of outdoor seating. Inside, it's dark with tons of religious iconography--dark, cool, music not loud.

I'd skip the chicken tacos, but the juevos rancheros and chiliquis were outstanding. The homemade lemonade is also worth a try. It all tasted fresh and authentic.

Great little spot for lunch centrally located in fountain hills. Chips and guacamole are amazing, the salsa had a wonderful flavor that wasn’t overpowering. I had a red sangria that was delicious and only got better as the ice melted. Cobb salad was okay, creole salmon tacos were also okay. The service was great, atmosphere, lighting and noise level were all excellent. Bathrooms were clean, I would come here again, have a snack and a drink any day!

Nice place close to home. We always like the food and the service is fantastic. Tonight we ordered fish tacos and bacon wrapped dates stuffed with bleu cheese YUM! Be sure to check that they are indeed open before heading over.

We have such a love/hate relationship with Sofrita. It's one of the more unique offerings in a town with a dismal dining scene but I'd love to see a few new dishes added to the menu - I feel like we've been seeing the same offerings, even down to the bruschetta toppings for years. I do love their Beet Salad though they've gotten a little chintzy on the portion sizes.
Take out portions sizes are super generous though and boxed and presented so nicely which is also hard to come across.
Eating inside is undesirable - small and dark however their patio is super welcoming and a great place to enjoy a tasty drink and meal.
The service though...they are always understaffed and service is always so...slow... You'd think on the weekend or during special events they would staff accordingly, but they never do. Even when it's not busy or they do have enough help the servers are inattentive and the whole dining experience takes SO much longer than it needs to. Our toddler is one of the most patient kids i know but we always need to make sure we pack extra stickers and coloring pages because the wait will be unnecessarily long, even for an adult. I do wish they had a kids menu or some more side portions as our kiddo loves their chicken salad and rice but once you order the chicken salad wraps and the side of rice you've spent $15 for a kid size portion of food.
Overall, the food and ambiance are better than most anywhere else in town, I just wish dining there didn't have to be such an all night adventure.

The food and atmosphere were great! I recommend the elote and the flan.

There was a busser/hostess who kept pacing back and forth in front of our table to go stand in the corner of the dining area and look in the mirror. They also stood in the corner on their phone like we couldn't see what they were doing, even though we were the only people in the room with them. It felt a little odd.

Also, there were a few mistakes and repetitions on the menu. Just nitpicking!

Such a wonderful place! We came to the dog friendly patio and the pups immediately had water and treats ❤️
The Santeria was tasty, atmosphere really great, service and food! Stop it! Emma was wonderful 🙌
