I'm not a huge fan of breakfast food, and I'm guilty of getting the same thing every time I do come here, but the food is absolutely delicious! I try and get here early every time for the liege waffles—they normally sell out fast, so every time they take my drink order, I order them. King Kong is also great—it's filling and comes with a lot; I suggest getting a side of tomatillo sauce with it.

The pancakes are a must with all their variety! They’re cooked to perfection. If you like eggs Benedict they have a whole page dedicated to them! Coffee was great and the vibes are just overall very chill inside. We would go back in a heartbeat!

There's is nothing that I don't like about the food and the people here. I tried both locations, and they are amazing. They do have different menu adaptation because of restrictions, but nevertheless, it is fantastic.

The pancakes are fluffy. The combination of breakfast ingredients is great and a good take on classics. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Stopped by on a camping trip and WOW. The portions are huge, without sacrifice absolute quality. The waiter was very helpful, proactive, and even gave our dogs big chicken treats! We will be back next time we are in town.

We got the breakfast enchiladas, the MacDaddy, and the lemon blueberry pancake.

We had about half of it to take home, after stuffing ourselves full of goodness.

Chill vibes, clean bathrooms, super fast service.

A friend from Tucson recommended this place to us and boy are we glad we listened! This food was absolutely some of the best food and most unique food we have ever had! Tony greeted us and ended up being our server and couldn’t have been more helpful. He really walked through the menu with tremendous knowledge and recommended several things that all sounded amazing. We trusted him and went with the Wyatt Earp Benedict and the Corned beef and eggs. I am attaching pictures, but they don’t do it justice! They were both so flavorful! Happily washed it down with one of the best prickly pear margaritas I have ever had.
Baja is not part of a restaurant chain and are definitely something you should make time to get to if you are in Tucson.

Our waitress was super friendly and punctual. The food was received quickly and tasted really good. My Americano was also good, as expected. We'll be back again. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was good but we had to remind the waitress to bring things a couple times (like hot sauce) or the toast that came with the breakfast. My mom got the french toast and it was really good.

The patio was dog friendly.

This place is a quintessential Tucson quirky establishment. It is usually always packed from the times I have visited but we were able to get in with a party of 7 with 20 min wait. All members of a party must be present in order to be seated. Service was friendly and efficient. Food is great with a southwestern flare. The children pancakes were massive. The two kids could have shared one. We had smoked brisket machaca, the coyote, and the carmelo which was a southwestern spin on a Benedict with smoked brisket and tortillas and chile and pico. There were plenty of sweet items on the menu although the liege waffle was already sold out. On Monday to Friday there is a discounted menu from 6 to 9am. Otherwise they are open daily 6 to 2pm. I think weekends get pretty packed and a wait is typical but worth it in my opinion. There are vegetarian options. You can get typical breakfasts and the ones more unique to southwest.
