This is definitely a no-frills hotel, but it's convenient to I40, super clean, and has a surprisingly good breakfast. We were expecting a carb fest, but "full breakfast", is an accurate description. Sausage, eggs, coffee, juice, etc. Really hit the spot.
It is really close to the interstate, so 18-wheelers can be heard non-stop, but given enough driving exhaustion , it won't matter.
Was a good find for us. Clean, super comfy, and breakfast really hit the spot. Would definitely choose it again if we are in the area.

Positive: Hot breakfast! Sausage and eggs made with pork and fresh eggs! Tasty. Other so-called higher end hotels had sausage that was NOT pork. Their eggs, I think, were powdered. There may have been other hot items, pancakes?, but I arrived late. Excellent Value. Negative: The hotel was located fairly close to the freeway, traffic noise was higher than expected.

I stayed here as a stop on my way from Oklahoma to Las Vegas, NV for a festival. I only stayed one night but would definitely recommend it. The room was clean aside from the shower could have been cleaned a little better. Shortly after I checked in, the front desk called to make sure everything was good. There is a restaurant that is 24hrs on site though I believe there is a sign that says they are not affiliated with the hotel. The hotel is not near much, but it is not bad - especially for the price. Comfortable beds and pillows, and clean spacious room.

It's 2:30am and I am compelled to draft this review because it's clear I won't be sleeping. This hotel is brutal and should be demolished. I have stayed in $80/night "no tell motel" establishments in outskirts of Canadian truck stops that were more acceptable than this.

Broken furniture, filthy, poorly maintained infrastructure, contaminated fridge that, in turn, contaminated my food, beds that weren't even secured to the floor, something bit my neck in the middle of the night and I left blood on the bedding, my phone identified security concerns with the wifi and (thankfully) advised me not to connect, the bathroom faucets are broken and won't shut off unless you stop turning them in the right position, the beds were about as comfortable as a bedroll on the ground, the TV stayed on one frozen channel with some unknown program in the background and something is seriously wrong with the electricity. The alarm clock and microwave were showing the wrong time, so I set them, only to see them wiped again when I woke up in the middle of the night. And whatever is used to "clean" the floors...captures your shoe/footprints as you walk. Wear sandles!!

While the receptionist was pleasant and courteous, I'm sure she was wearing her gym cloths, not even business casual. She was cordial with a professional demeanor, but that takes a back seat to the fact that this building is mostly empty and she housed another guest in the room directly above me...when this place has abysmal sound-proofing. The guest might as well have been in my room.

It is blatantly obvious that the only reason this place has the audacity to charge what it does for your stay...it the lack of close-range options and lack of awareness by the customer. If anyone from Best Western corporate reads this...bulldoze this place.

The room itself made me say wow when we got there. It not only looked good, but smelled good also, we even had a pet friendly unit! Not only did the fridge work, but the freezer portion worked as well, which worked out well since the next town/restaurant is 40 min away. The shower pressure was really nice after hours in the car, a little massage. The bed had plenty of pillows and was surprisingly comfortable. This room also had a thermostat on the wall for localized air instead of a wall unit like most traditional hotels.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I travel to the area often throughout the year and although this is my only option, I am so happy to have a safe, clean, comfortable stay with my dogs and partner. I definitely recommend if you find yourself needing rest along the I-40, and it includes breakfast so that is a plus.

Clean-no frills hotel with full breakfast and convenient location near Petrified Forest National Park. Located right off hwy 40 there is some road noise, but it didn’t preclude sleeping, conversations, or watching tv. Breakfast is not just a carb fest as they have sausage and eggs included in the fare. Great value. Thanks Murphy!

Surprisingly good motel considering the price. We chose to stay here because the dark hit and we were too tired to drive any longer and reach a town. Shortly we found out that the place was really clean, the front desk lady super nice, the room spacious, clean, big screen tv, nice new(ish) furniture, breakfast included - nothing to complain about. Do not expect anything luxurious but considering the price this is a really good place to stay for a night.
