I booked for 3 nights for a soccer tournament. The tournament was canceled. I called ten days prior to the stay to cancel and they would not refund the $426.24. They stated since I got the best price there is no refund. So I am screwd out of the money. Like most people, I live paycheck to paycheck and this hurts. I understand maybe a deposit fee but to keep all the money for nothing. When I called the lady was not professional at all and told me to deal with it. Don't book here,there are other hotels that treat you better. Now if you want to pay more per night, then you might have been able to get a refund.

We spent one night there on the road. The location was perfect, easy off, and on the freeway. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of dining choices nearby, but close enough. It's in a semi industrial area but not heavily.
The hotel was adequate for our needs. It isn't a 5 star place, but from our point of view, a solid 4 star. The room was comfortable, but the A/C was a bit lacking. The breakfast was OK, but nothing exceptional. Unfortunately, the juice dispenser was out of order, but otherwise, everything was palatable.
We would stay there again.

I was on a business trip for work. My company had booked the room. I was staying there from Monday to Friday. The hotel rule is a smoke free environment. I am very familiar with this policy. I am a smoker and I have adhered to this policy by going outside and smoking in my vehicle or by it. I was accused by management of smoking in my room. Not notified by anyway but a piece of paper slid under my door as I was in it the room. Instead of knocking on the door and talking with me. I took the note down to the front desk extremely offended. I ask to speak with the manager but of course not there. The person behind the desk asked if he could come to the room. I stated I had no problem with that. We got to the room he went over to the window , then the bathroom and insulted me in saying he couldn't tell. Anyone who a smoker or a person who quit smoking knows you can smell if a room has been smoked in. I told him I want a call from management. The front desk person then stated I should get angry of the accusation. REALLY...I even do smoke in my own house I go outside everytime. I would not recommend staying here at this location without taking a chance of being unwrongfully accessed of something that never happened.

Rooms are clean, great location to the Kino Sports complex and a good breakfast with a bunch of selections. The best part of this place is hands down the front desk guy Fernando! He is friendly and helpful and gave the best food recommendations! If he isn’t the manager he should be and get a raise!!!!

The place could be nicer. Weird elevator door that you have to push open to enter/exit the elevator. Ice machine looks dirty. Room feels dusty and itchy

Positive: "" Negative: Maid service was awful didn?t speak English took dirty towels and left us with nothing. Guy at the desk was rude didn?t try to work with us just kept making excuses. Had the same breakfast during our stay 3 days

Suites here are nice. We brought food from our stay in Tucson but no silverware. manger graciously gave us some off the breakfast bar. breakfast was good had a cinnamon waffle; outstanding. Don't know where these heat up over hard eggs have come from in the Choice Hotels system but they need to go away and just have scrambled eggs. They aren't bad but scrambled are better. Clean comfortable rooms and beds.

We were looking for a quiet, clean place to spend the night and this was great. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was good. They had an outdoor pool, but we did not use it. The location is convenient to attractions, highways, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
