This was supposed to be a romantic getaway with my wife. We got a double queen bed when we reserved a king bed. We were told it will be changed but, was never changed. The tub in the bathroom did not drain properly. So when you showering, the tub fills up with water. Reported, but it was not addressed until we checked out. This forced us to check out a day earlier. We managed to make the most of our trip outside of the hotel. The experience was not pleasant.

We chose the 4 Points because of its proximity to the airport. We were delighted that our arrival and departure for our weekend were comfortable and unhurried. The staff were very polite and efficient. The rooms were clean , comfortable , and spacious. The elevators worked! The restaurant offered a good selection of tasty food and was open extended hours. Overall a great stay.

Positive: The price was good and the staff were friendly. I liked that the bathroom/shower had full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. Negative: Housekeeping needs to check the drawers after guests leave. Found candy and candy wrappers in a couple drawers. I cleaned them out so I wouldn't get charged. $150 deposit was alot for each night I stayed there.

This is a very clean hotel that has recently been renovated. The entire staff is excellent all were helpful and accommodating. Very good customer service. The shuttle service to the airport runs every 10 minutes. This Four Points Sheraton is very near the airport and very convenient for a car return if you want to drop it off before your flight and return to the hotel. Food is excellent.

We live in Tucson and our flight time changed such that our flight was departing earlier than originally planned. We have a 2 year-old child and didn’t want to subject her to an unnecessarily early departure, so we thought — let’s book an airport hotel and get her a good night’s sleep. We’ll be able to sleep a little longet and still make the flight. As Marriott loyalists, we booked this property. We read that it was recently renovated and felt super optimistic about it. Boy were we ever disappointed. I write this as we drive home from the hotel and hour after check-in. We never stayed the night. After spending an hour in our room awaiting a crib, we were told that they didn’t have one. This is after we had called twice ahead of time to make sure that they had our request noted. Evidently they have one crib for the entire hotel and — because they couldn’t seem to locate it — they presumed it was in use. One crib for an entire hotel? Ridiculous. Ugh, so much more I could write, but to sum it up: never again.

If this review was helpful, please make sure you leave it a like 👍🏽 👌. The hotel is very close to the airport. They do have shuttle service as well. Very friendly atmosphere and hospitality is high. However, the beds in the room do not sleep well. They were quite lumpy and lopsided. Good hot water pressure in the shower. There is a nice little balcony to sit out on, and they have a small pool.

There’s no hot water in the morning at this hotel so no hot shower.

The carpet in my room had someone else’s garbage on it so clearly was not vacuumed.

The bedspread when I arrived was wrinkled on one side where you pull it down to access the bed, so it didn’t look like it had been changed for my visit 🤮🤮🤮.

There was a ring in my toilet so who knows if it’s been cleaned.

Apparently it’s under new ownership. Would not recommend.

Irritably noisy. A motel inn next to the freeway is quieter. Thin walls. Poor baby crying nonstop. Big bangs, creaking floors. You can hear luggage rolling from the first floor.

I usually wait until after my stay to make a review. I might change the rating as time goes by but I hate having to scratch my legs so it becomes a constant reminder.

I couldn't see the sign for the shuttle service so I walked but I needed a walk after sitting in the plane. Booking the stay was amazing, very professional. Front desk was great. Everything seemed good so far and since I had high hopes it being a Marriot, I didn't think I would get mite bites from the bed which is extremely disappointing and I have four more nights to go. Now I'll have to use the thin top cover as a blanket along with some towels to survive my stay.
