Room was dirty and very rundown. The homeless people hanging out on the hotel property were friendlier than the staff. No coffee pot in room. No room service. You had to request clean towels. Towels were dirty gray and stained. Sink didn't drain well. Breakfast ran out of orange juice and milk several days. Tried to check out early and get a refund for our future days booked but hotel would not refund our money. Walking on the floor barefoot you could feel the dirt. If there was an elevator to second floor we could not find one. Must climb two flights of stairs to level 2. See photos. Read reviews before booking.

First the good; the shower had great water pressure and the breakfast was better than I expected. Now the bad. Rooms were rundown and stank of cigarette smoke. When I complained about the smell the night desk staff said since the room had already been paid for there was nothing she could do. She was very rude. The local homeless population congregated all around the hotel; I was surprised our car wasn’t broken into. We spent one night and then upgraded for $10 more per night to a very nice Best Western. Avoid this place if at all possible.

Positive: The staff was very attentive and cooperative. Negative: The room I checked into was terrible. There was only overhead lighting. Not a single lamp in the room. There was a water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. The staff was great. They moved me promptly to a new room which was much better.

Always has been a good hotel to us!!! Definitely pet friendly!!!! Off the I10 if you need to stay in tucson stay here!!! Will definitely recommend!!! Newly remodeled rooms beds are better now than before!!! Always have nice staff!! Never disappoint us! Also free wifi and free breakfast like yogurts,beagles, muffins, O.J. , cereal, toast, etc..... also prices are reasonable!!!

Positive: I did like this MOTEL. Negative: None of the pictures were anything like the actual room! There was a gem show being held there at the motel and there was junk everywhere. There was way too much traffic of transients and tourists. There was tons of mold coming up the corners of the walls

clean comfortable beds, newly redone floors. showers are clean but old, hot water is nice and shower pressure is nice. pool is clean. breakfast isn’t anything to write home about.. i was looking for a clean inexpensive stay while i visit family and i definitely got that. would recommend.

There are good three-star ratings and there are weak three-star ratings. This is a weak three-star rating. King "deluxe" room: Clean enough. Usable surface space and seating is such that room is best for one person only. No in-room coffee maker. Location and quantity of power ports meet minimal standards. Frequent necessity to reconnect wifi is irritating. Wifi signal usually medium. Breakfast: Although no fresh fruit, there are delicious-looking cupcakes; waffle station, oatmeal packets, yogurt, fruit cups, english muffins. Dry cereal in awkward dispensing containers. Motel next to a pleasant river walk. Attractive wall art in room and on some exterior walls. Too bad this motel's cast-off furniture and other motel detritus squat along the fence of the river walk, marring the visual experience for river walk users. The motel property's pretty architectural and flowering landscape design hearken back to better days for this motel. The vibe in its current life phase is a little dispiriting, but it is an acceptable stay.

I usually start a review with something positive....but there is nothing positive about this place. The staff rude and unprofessional. Room was terrible. Please don't use this Days inn, go next door to country inn.
