Grandma, my mum, and I sadly had to travel in for a funeral on short notice.
We called around other locations and couldn't get a room for us because it was early morning and short notice.
Called in to Wyndham, and explained or situation to the front desk. The help at the front desk was amazing.
We checked in and had to hold for a room opening but during the wait we gotten some comp breakfast.
We gotten a lower level room right next to or parking spot for my grandmother.
Had a good night to rest for handing my family services.

Pros: service was super friendly and complimentary breakfast was pretty good in my opinion. My room was clean and quiet bed was comfy. Cons: Water in shower was Luke warm at best. I had to walk for 30 min around the hotel to find a functional ice machine. Deadbolt on door would not function properly

The location seemed very safe. I wasn't nervous going to my car at night. 2 min from the airport. Needs some attention in the pool and spa. The room was a suite for my grandkids and I. Pillows were really nice. Stains on the couch, water pooled in the refrigerator from the ice machine, toenail clippings on the bathroom floor.

The staff is fabulous. The rooms are great for the price. I would definitely return for another stay. Breakfast is good and there is a restaurant in the hotel, but we've not had a chance to try the food. Overall I'd recommend the hotel.

Just…eh. Sketchy guests, hotel is just rundown and needs some love. Breakfast is alright- it’s free! Room is comfy enough- location is great though next to airport. Shuttle is currently down so expect some delay/miscommunication with that as they share a shuttle with another hotel.
Staff is nice though.

All in all, I don’t think we will stay here again but it’s fine for a quick stay.

I had been debating giving this hotel 3-4 stars since I got here. There are some very good features to it that make it feel like they are really trying. But then other really crappy stuff that makes it feel like a very run-down hotel. I'll try to list out the pros and cons, and you can determine what is more important:

Pros:
- Very good fitness room with free weights and helpful posters that give you ideas for what exercises you can do.
-Covered parking spots!
- I was able to get the room at a competitive price (even though it was only because I bought it through a 3rd party site).
- Service was always friendly.
- The free breakfast was very good, albeit always the same dishes being served.
- Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:
- Floor is really worn out and makes any walking around anyone does very loud.
- Shower and sink both immediately back up with any use.
- Hallways look like they're about to be remodeled and look torn up.
- TV just randomly stops working.
- Door to my room is messed up, and I have to physically lift it up to close properly.
- Small laundry room only has 1 washer and 1 dryer and 1 of them was broken.
- Ice machine is very far from some of the rooms.

I won't be coming back, but I have had way worse experiences at hotels. It's kind of a mediocre hotel with some very good features sprinkled in.

The whole place is just a little run down/dirty. All the carpets were dirty. Nothing majorly wrong and it was a good value for us at the last minute but not the nicest stay. Free breakfast was pretty lackluster and they ran out fast.

I paid for a room 3 days ago due to an upcoming trip. When I arrived in town I was told by the front desk my room was sold out from under me and I don’t have a room anymore. I said that’s not possible I paid for my room already and I want my room. Clerk said “I’m sorry it’s been sold to someone else. Would you like a refund?” Not “let me refund you back.” She literally said “would you like a refund?” as in did you want to surrender your money to us. And no help in finding a new room, just I’m sorry you no longer have a room. Disgusting behavior.
