The Arizonian is an RV resort, requiring advanced reservation of up to 10 months prior to your proposed stay. RV parking is amply wide for RV's and 5th wheels. Truck and ATV parking is ample. 7 miles to groceries and gas. The location is clean and modern with exercise and meeting rooms. A pool and hot tub are in excellent condition. Manager on premises is friendly and knowledgeable. Restrooms and showers are well maintained. Pickleball courts are well marked and plentiful. Make your reservation early, as the fill up here quick. As they should.

We had some friends that are snowbirds staying in the park. The sites are very large with lots of room. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the park and all the public spaces. Loved the showers, each is a separate room with outdoor entrances to each. I prefer this set up as I feel more secure when showering. They have lots of things going on to keep busy. Not far from Costco and other shopping stores and restaurants. But yet you feel you are out in the desert. Lots of people have jeeps, side by side, or 4 wheelers. They have direct access to the desert right from the facility so no trailering to any place. We stayed one night and am considering staying next winter?

Our third season here, great place, great people.

Worst experience we every had. Unless you own an ATV you are treated like an out cast. When we checked in told the lady that we were new to the park. No response. We never were told with things were at the park, or given a calendar with the events for the month. My husband and I took a walk around the park every morning, we great everyone we passed, most did not responded back. We had a family emergency & had to leave early, no one at office to talk with. Called after hour phone number to leave a message about why we had to leave early. No on contacted me back. Called after we got home to make sure they got my message, the lady I talked to said we were still checked in and they do not give a refund. We were booked for the whole month and only stayed 12 days. Will never go to this park again. Do not recommend it.

This was a very nice rv resort. However now there is a mother / daughter team running this place. The daughter is going to run this place into the ground. She was so rude to our guests when they stopped in the office to get a parking pass. Some wouldn't even come back. Although we have been there for 4 years in a row she let us know we may not be able to come back the following year even though we were trying to rent for 3 months the next year. We were forced to find a different resort. I would never go back there and we have other friends that were treated the same way and had to go somewhere else.
