Doing a project for the City and wanted to treat the crew to lunch. Not alot of options in this small town, but if you are in the mood for Mexican food, this is the place! Their menu is huge and the food was fantastic. I got the 3 enchiladas, and the crew ordered the fajitas (after seeing their plate, made me a little jealous. The restaurant was very clean (even the bathroom - which says a lot). The kitchen area was spotless and the customer service was very welcoming and friendly. Look forward to co.ing back for those Fajitas.

I ordered the Green Chicken enchilada for lunch. The chips and salsa was complimentary.
Those were great and I appreciated Wyatt, the server, as he made my experience great. He made sure I had everything I needed.

Workers were extremely rude except that last one. Ordered super fries. After waiting 10 plus minutes in the drive through. The lady asks us to pull to the front. After waiting and waiting at least 15 minutes no one came. Go back to the dive though and wait and wait some more. To get my food and it’s poorly made and made for a toddler. Was extremely disappointed and won’t be back. Not one car was asked to pull around and the car in front of me had $60 worth of food.

I have never been so torn on a review in my life. I just moved to Florence from Oregon & have been craving some good Mexican food & we thought we'd give Jalapenos a shot, since they're our local dive.

We went in & ordered a coffee & horchata. They brought us some chips & salsa (that were admittedly fire) & we ordered some enchiladas & a quesadilla. Literally right as they were bringing out our food, my significant other looked down at the floor & was like "is that a roach?"

Right. Next. To. Our. Booth. In. Full. Light.

I don't know how much y'all know about roaches, but they don't like the light. If they can help it they only come out at night, in the dark. If they're out in the light, it's a sign you have a full blown infestation.

We told the waitress we didn't even want to eat, we'd pay for our drinks (which cost us $9, for drinks we hadn't even finished) & we'd like to leave.

The manager tried to argue that they didn't have roaches, that it just came in the door. I explained that outdoor roaches are BIG (like 1-2 inches). Indoor roaches are small. There's no way this roach came in from outside.

I will NOT be eating here & cannot recommend anyone else eat here either, at least until the restaurant closes, gets fumigated & does a deep clean.

I feel so dirty. Heeby jeebies. Bleh.

$6 is what I was charged for this. Fries…McDonald’s isn’t even this expensive and their prices suck. After seeing my receipt and how I was charged a 3.9% service fee to use my DEBIT card, not a credit card, I’ve decided that I will be making some phone calls tomorrow. Absolutely robbing your community right in front of our face.

I'm going to be honest and say our order did take a little long to get to us.... here's the thing though, we ordered for 5 people. This was my first time here, and I absolutely loved it. I've been living in Florence for about 5 months now and was very skeptical about the Mexican food, but man, oh man, was I wrong. The food was hot and fresh. You can tell the chefs know what their doing. We have the carne asada fries, chicken quesadilla, 12 wings, both plain and spicy, the special salad and barria quesadilla... Oh, lordy! Was that delicious. The staff understood that 4 of our group were kids, and we didn't fully know what we wanted. They were patient and helpful in explaining some of the dishes. The only issue i saw was how expensive it was, but being a small town and 5 people eating, it was a good deal. The environment was clean and easy to navigate, and the customers weren't rude or nasty. There were only two servers and not enough cooks to be super fast. All in all, this place was amazing, and we or maybe just I will be returning... thank you for great service and food. It really put a smile on my daughters face for her birthday.

I will never come back here when I’m in Florence. My sister and I walked in the lady rolled her eyes and said sit down. Like excuse me at least say hello? How rude. She threw the chips and salsa at us. I ask what drinks they offered all she said was “coke products” like ok what ever. I did not feel comfortable here. You need new employees with better customer service.
