The lobby seemed nice but the second you get in the elevator that stops and the hotel begins to feel cheap especially for the cost. The only nice thing about the room was the bathroom. During all but the last night I was there the TV's were out and the continually told me they would be fixed everyday instead of being honest. If I were to travel all over again I would pick any other hotel in the area and expect a better experience.

We booked a 9 day stay through Allegiant and I am glad we did. The hotel is spectacular from the minute you drive up. We flew in to Phoenix airport. Rented our car from Alamo. Hotel is about a 10 minute drive. We were greeted by Rod the desk clerk. So friendly and he is a fellow Michigander. He really started our stay on such a high note. Room was/is clean (we are still here), beds are very comfortable, we had breakfast in the hotel restaurant it was reasonably priced. Our waitress was so nice. Highly recommend staying here. Will not disappoint.

Great stay near the Mesa Airport. The front desk manager Rod was professional and helpful. He made us feel at home. Clean room. Good coffee. Restaurant had some good beer on tap but food wasn’t great (but was OK). ||Will stay here again without hesitation.

We picked this hotel because our flight came in late and it was close to the airport. We used the shuttle service to get to the airport and again in the morning to get a rental car. Shuttle service was great and had very little wait. Hotel was nice and seemed modern. The bathroom needed to be updated and seemed old. There’s a restaurant down stairs but no free breakfast which was kind of a bummer.

6- story hotel with modern feel and friendly staff.

1. Room amenities - 3/5 small fridge and microwave, no plates or silverware in the room. Room has a little coffee sack maker. Furniture quite adequate, large desk, small closet. My room faced the road and I could hear the hot rods pretty late.

2. Property amenities - 4/5 - great workout room, large lobby and bar. Several functional laundry devices. Outdoor pool, no hot tub (I know, it's Phoenix). Hotel shuttle... not sure of destinations.

3. Area amenities - (4/5) locate at the end of the Power road strip, not a ton right here but just a couple minute drive from many food options, Target and Walmart. Really close to Mesa Gateway airport. Prime access to ASU campus. Right on the golf course if you're into that too.

4. Bathroom- (4/5) walk-in shower, sink, there is a blow dryer in the room. Generous at the front desk (forgot my shaving cream). No fan.

5. Food and Beverage - (4/5) free coffee at the bar, bar with restaurant. No complimentary breakfast.

I stayed here for two nights - at each end of a trip to Tucson -- and it was not good either time. The decor is shabby and run down, the elevator makes a weird dysfunctional sound, there was a sewer gas smell in the hallway of the third floor, the restaurant was slow and the food was ok but not delicious. Worst of all, the last night our toilet was leaking water all over the bathroom floor when we arrived in our room, and they weren't able to move us or fix it until the next morning. I will say that I complained and the staff was kind and helpful and did make things right in terms of points/refunds. It is close to the airport so that is another plus. Still, I wouldn't stay here again.

Positive: Liked the location and outside areas, the breakfast and bar. Staff was nice and helpful. Negative: The air conditioner was very loud and smelled mildewy whenever it went on. We complained and were given a new room, but unfortunately it had the same problem. The lobby area has a strong scent of air freshener.
