We stayed here for a Valentines staycation and had an amazing time. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful, the valet were very accommodating and the room was clean and welcoming. We love staying here because it’s downtown and everything you’d want to do is just a short walk away. This wasn’t our first stay and won’t be our last. ❤️

This hotel is in a fun, hip part of the city where you'll find great coffee, food, and plenty of places to have a good time. The rooms are nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby area is beautiful and modern.

Ask for a room that doesn't face The Playground bar. You'll likely hear bass until 2 am. Hotel can't control that and they give free ear plugs. No room service which is odd. Bathroom doors are frosted glass and barn style which offer no privacy.

I had a good experience at this hotel. The location and The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. However, I had an issue with the room cleaning. Although I requested it, only one of the two bathrooms was cleaned, and the housekeeping staff left after that. Overall, a nice stay, but the cleaning service could have been better.

Hotel itself was fine but it's next door to two night clubs. I stayed on a Wednesday when only one of the two was open and I was on the seventh floor (well above the ground floor club) but on the side looking directly down onto the nightclub. The music was loud starting around 10pm through 2am, enough to disturb my sleep. Ear plugs were provided which helped some but a) didn't drown out all the noise and b) always make me nervous about sleeping through my alarm. They warned me about the noise at check in and made me sign a waiver that this isn't their fault and they won't give any compensation for the noise, which I get but if they think that kind of disclosure is necessary it should be done when booking not at check in. I won't stay here again.

excellent service-very caring staff. The gym was very lovely--nice size bathroon and very comvenient. the pool area was kept neat and clean. great location to the parties we attended. very easy access to the airport. the staff greeted me and my wife with a smile

Very nice hotel in the middle of everything. All of the services a person could ask for. Only issue was that during and after an event that required a room rental, there was only tow bartenders in the lobby bar. Our group was easily 50-75 people. With anyone else who happened to want to use the bar, the wait times were long for expensive drinks.

Our stay was superb, the staff went over the moon and made our stay smooth and seamless. Also the front desk was super friendly and gave great food recommendations if you are new to the area. Will DEFINITELY come back to stay again for future trips.

Yesterday was an absolute hectic day having to book a hotel room due to not having air conditioning all day. Then finding out the room I booked wasn’t available, Just when I thought my night couldn’t get much worse , I checked in at the front desk with Cassandra and may I say she definitely made my whole night so much better! She got us wonderful room, her upbeat personality put my mind at ease. She truly was so accommodating throughout my night I HAD to book another night !! Will for sure stay again thanks to her !
