If I could rate 10/10 I would! My boyfriend and I stayed there for a couple of nights on our first trip to Tucson last week and we absolutely enjoyed our stay! Check in and check out was very easy, the room was clean (special thanks to housekeeping), and the staff were so nice and hospitable. The complementary breakfast in the morning was also enjoyable and delicious! And a special shout out to employees Sky and Haley at the front desk, who were amazing and always greeted us with a smile and excellent customer service!

Positive: The beds were very good Negative: This hotel only provides room service every other day and in our case room service was minimal. They did not empty the trash they did not provide extra toilet paper paper or lotions by the sink and in the shower. Not what we expect from a Hampton.

The room was very old style and no lights properly alighted in the room.
Only entrance and bed side lights are very dull. Restroom are good and breakfast is same repeated daily same menu, please try to add new menu one in a while. Staffs are good though and nearby food joints are good.

This hotel claims to be non-smoking. But when I stayed here that was not my experience. Everyone smokes all day and night long right outside all of the doors thus allowing all of that smoke to permiate into the hotel. It was like being in a tavern. The elevators were just as bad. I notified the staff several times and there cover up was to spray something in the air. I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke and had my medical condition worsen because of it. Rooms were clean, but does no good if you are unable to walk to them safely. Will never stay here again. Don't stay here if you have allergies to cigarette smoke. Management was uncaring as well and just wanted their money. You will be miserable.

The rooms are spacious, Clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable, but there is no actual kitchen with cooks It’s premade breakfast “foods”. Bring your own pillows because ours felt like stuffed towels in a sham cover. Otherwise, great experience.

Great location! Close to fairgrounds, flat track, Musselman Honda Circuit track, drag strip and more. Perfect spot for us during AMA Supermoto Nationals in October 2024. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend to stay here. We will stay here again when we are in the area. Good breakfast food. Lady running the kitchen did a great job even with the extra people there.

Rave, rave, rave! Very clean, nice, new hotel and what a great price. Rooms were amazing, had so much room. I stayed three nights and could not have been happier. Not a whole lot close by but just a few miles away there is a nice shopping center with lots of food options. I had one issue with excessive dog barking next door but staff handled it very professionally. They were amazing. Lots of greetings from all staff. Any time work brings me to south east Tucson, I'm staying here.
