Typical rooms. Clean, spacious for us, nice bathroom and shower, comfortable beds and pillows. No smart TV though. Pool area is nice. The hot tub was also nice. Gym was a bit warm so didn't use it for long. They had a lot of options for breakfast including non dairy milk for those who doesn't drink dairy milk. Overall a great stay at a great location. Lots of food available walking distance from property.

I always try to stay at IHG because they are pretty standard across the board. They are a good value with good clean rooms. This hotel however had a funky smell when you walked in and the hallway carpets were disgusting looking. The room itself was decent, not the best, but not the worst I've seen. The hotel overall needs some cleaning and updating. Hotel staff was super nice. The breakfast was great. The person doing the breakfast did a fantastic job keeping up on the food and wiping counters down. Was just overall disappointed in the overall appearance of the hotel. I don't want to feel like I'm staying at a place that is dirty when I walk in.

This Holiday Inn was a great choice. It's nestled in the center of the beautiful red rocks. The location was outstanding. Take any negative reviews with a grain of salt, and keep in mind there are certain individuals that just enjoy complaining. It's like pulling teeth to get a good review sometimes, but if they find the tiniest issue, they're all over it. The place was comfortable, clean, and smelled amazing. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was honestly the best "continental" breakfast I have ever had. However, it wasn't continental, this was a full breakfast, and everything was delicious. This goes for any hotel. If you experience any issues with your room, please bring it to the staff's attention, so they will know if there is an issue to be fixed for the next incoming guest. They can't fix it, if they don't know about it, which gives the incoming "Karens'" plenty of ammunition to rant and rave. I absolutely recommend this Holiday Inn.

Our family of 4 stayed 2 nights. The location was perfect, and the views were stunning. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Over our travels the past 10 days, this was by far the slowest check-in we had encountered, but our only IHG Hotel on the trip. There was only 1 staff member present and a line of 3 guests checking in at 6:15pm. The hotel looked great with the renovations. However, the sticks and vricks behind were extremely outdated. The halls and rooms were very humid, with water dripping down the windows each morning. The hall was loud through the door(you could see the hall light shinning around all sides of the door), and rooms very small and cramped. The breakfast was good, but get there early as they started running out of some food and drinks by 8:30. The elevator shakes both going up and down, so much so, my wife and kid preferred the stairs.

This used to be a different branded hotel 7 years ago, and went through a renovation to change it to a Holiday Inn Express, unfortunately it shows. We likely would not stay here again.

The location of this property is perfect for guest like me who have family that live near Sedona in Camp Verde Az. The property is perfect for the budget friendly traveler like myself.
The complimentary breakfast in the morning has a variety of options and if you there on biscuits and gravy day you hit the jackpot! Yum yum get you some! The wonderful lady named Leann who arranges and prepares the breakfast is just a rare gem! She loves her life and it shows in the exceptional way she attends to the guest! I can't say enough good thing about her energy and spirt.

The hotel is clean and safe. The room is comfortable and nicely decorated. I had everything I needed during my stay. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is to find a way for the room doors to close quietly so that early risers or night owls do not wake others when entering or exiting their rooms. This is a common problem with hotels. Otherwise, everything else was amazing!

We were in Sedona to vacation, and this hotel was inexpensive compared to many. Yet the hospitality team was great, the room was cleaned daily, and the room was comfortable. The AC/heater worked perfectly and quickly warmed up at night. There were two pillows for each of us and a warm blanket, enough towels replenished daily. The only disappointment I had was that there was no oatmeal 2 of my 3 days there. A plus is the serving-sized containers of non-dairy milk and great coffee.

We had such a wonderful time in Sedona. The hotel staff was wonderful and answered so many of our questions. I booked this hotel because I saw it offered gluten free options for breakfast, I think all IHG should offer this!!! On our way back to Phoenix we stopped here again just so I could have another delicious gluten free muffin. Thank you so much for having an option like this
