This was a spotlessly clean, quaint, homey place to stay in touristy Uptown Sedona. The room rate was excellent and although it did not include breakfast, a wonderful coffee shop (Theia's) was just across the street. Marlene was very welcoming, even leaving our key for us when we missed connecting on the day of arrival. Walking distance to all that Uptown has to offer--just park your car and take off. Pretty little garden, kitchenette in the room with real plates, mugs and silverware plus microwave, fridge and small coffeemaker. Totally recommended, but it's going to be sold very soon and the vibe might be different when you go.

The Rose Tree Inn has an attractive garden and bird life and is perched within walking distance of any place you'd want to go. Owner Gary welcomed us, gave us the lay of the land and saved us $$ via coupons on local attractions. House keeper Marlene was great too. Inside the room could use slight updating but considering it's size, the kitchen facilities etc made it a great value. Clean which is key.

I stayed at The Rose Tree Inn in Sedona for 4 weeks, throughout August 2015. It was perfect - central yet quiet, great value yet with a truly personal service from owner Gary, and has all the amenities you could wish for, when booking self-catering. The garden is a delight - full of humming-birds and tranquility - and Gary prides himself on offering a service which is informative, considerate yet unobtrusive. I'd recommend the Inn highly, and would definitely stay again.

The owner Gary is a character, friendly, and can answer any questions you might have about local attractions and restaurants. It really was like staying at the family cottage, complete with critters in the walls at night, but If you can get past that, the bed was comfortable and there was a full kitchen with dishes and utensils. It is wonderfully quiet despite being only half a block from the main street in Sedona.

This is a great place to stay in Sedona, a couple of blocks off of the main street of Sedona. The manager is a terrific fellow that is so helpful for everything you want to do in Sedona. All the rooms have a full kitchen as well. A lovely courtyard, the plants are breathtaking. It is so nice to stay in a place like this instead of a regular hotel. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and if I am in Sedona again I will book here.

I hate to spread the word about the Rose Tree. I would love to keep it all to myself. Great rooms, quiet area and a place to grill your own dinner! I have stayed at the Rose Tree twice a year for 15 years. It is like home. Be aware it is an INN not at big chain hotel with a pool. Who needs a pool when you have all of Sedona to explore.

I went to Sedona with 4 of my cousins and we each had a room at the inn. My room was #2 and it was great. The whole Inn was great. Very charming and close to so much. Gary is a gem to work with and so very kind. We really enjoyed the trip and hope to go back someday

I stayed in room #5. I wasn't left wanting or needing anything. Everything was well thought out and arranged so nicely. From shower needs, to morning coffee (fresh, hand chosen coffee and creamer!), variety of pillows and bathrobes. He even provided umbrellas for our rainy days. It was all there.||And the garden area...oh my! Gary keeps the feeders full and attracts daily visitors. There is also a water feature that adds to the delightful, peaceful garden. ||Town is a block away. And tons of stuff to look at, eat or explore. ||I will definitely come back to this place. I like it's style..may be outdated, but that gives it so much charm. ||No one has ever been so wonderful to work with as Gary. When I first contacted him, he mailed me flyers of the area and maps of things to do. It was a great overview. He goes above and beyond.
