Me and my dad stopped in on our way to visit his brother in Las Vegas. |Staff was awesome and very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. It was an older hotel, but it was well kept. The coffee was great!!! Not that old nasty hotel coffee. Would recommend staying here.

Desperate for a semi-cheap place to stay late at night during drive from Phoenix to Seattle, and everything else around was $400+. Didn't have awful reviews that we could see on Google. |The main manager was nice enough, got us into a room quickly.|The room was DISGUSTING. The floor was dirty, and soft in spots. There were holes in the walls that were filled with what looked like toilet paper, half of the outlets and lights didn't work, the ac/heater unit didn't work.|The tub/shower was multiple colors and heavily stained and there was black mold all over the ceiling. The toilet drained so slow we thought it was going to stop and flood.|The couch had zero cushion in and had metal button parts sticking out, the bed sheets were stained, and the pillow cases were all different.|We wanted to leave immediately. Avoid at all costs!|Management clearly goes onto Google reviews and floods it with fake 5 star reviews anytime someone leaves a negative review.

The rooms are nice size beds and sheets was filthy shower curtains are dirty not a place for family fun vacation the staff was nice the cable was good but definitely need to upgrade the rooms and sheets plus towels they need whole new beds period. fridge worked well and microwave and update the bathroom the place felt dirty

Positive: It was welcoming. Good location. Very reasonably priced. Negative: The lamp next to the bed flickered. There is a short. I tried to fix it but couldn't. It was in room 104. Very irritating but I just moved to the other side of the bed.

Run. Do not stay here! This is the worst motel I've stayed in in recent memory. Dried urine on the floor, filthy. Bodily fluids dried on the TV stand. The table top fell off when I sat a soda on it. Bed spreads were a biohazard. Missing peephole left a gaping hole in the door that they just shoved a wadded up paper in. The room was dark most of the lights didn't work and the one that did was like a night light. We cancelled the room and they refused to refund. Worst part of Kingman as well. Nasty nasty nasty. Advertised clean and bright rooms, lied about price. Booked in advance 3 nights, cancelled the last two with no refund so it costed $241 for ONE miserable night. If I could negative star rate I would. Definitely not 2 star "hotel". 2 star is basic and clean, this was neither.

The worst experience staying in a hotel. To start the guy at the front desk was very rude. The first room they put us in had bed bugs all my kids and I got eaten up by them when I told him about this problem he didn't even want to switch our rooms and acted like it was a problem that i said something to him but we refused to go back in to that room again and he would not refund the money for the remaining days we had booked. Not one time did we get maid service or even just clean towels greatful I had my own too. Once they moved us the constant negative attitude from the front desk worker began. Each day after he found reasons to come into the room saying something was broke in the room below then would tell me I couldn't have so much of my kids stuff in the room I have 4 kids and they each have a dufflebag plus whatever food we had at the time. 2 days before I was suppose to leave one of my friends that lives in town stopped by and told us weren't allowed to have guests. Told me i wasnt allowed to smoke on the balcony which was fine but allowed other guests to smoke there and allowed the maintenance guy and maid to smoke weed and cigarettes there. The rude behavior was just part. The sinks in both rooms leaked all over the floors so we had to keep 1 of the 2 stained towels on the floor. The blankets had burn holes in them. The internet doesn't work. There was no remote in the room. Got a non smoking room that smelled like mold. The fact they have their tweaker maintenance guy living in one of the rooms going from guest rooms straight to his room then to the broke down car where his girlfriend or wife was sleeping next to their room was super sketchy. The maid has her kids running up and down the stairs and in and out of the rooms that were being cleaned. Terrible experience

This place is a dump. Broken and missing fixtures. No cold water. Even the toilet was hot water. Missing smoke detector with wires hanging from the ceiling where it belonged. Mirror was cracked and had pieces missing. Towels were about the size of wash cloths and as thin as tissue.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Dhurmesh at the front desk and housekeeping Mary and Carolina. They made genuine efforts to connect with us, ensure our needs were met and make a pleasant overall experience. The property is quiet, they made vigilant efforts to keep people off property who didn't belong here (we never had to say anything just happened to observe through the window... they were on it!). You can tell the entire staff is dedicated to upgrading the environment and providing the best hospitality they can. The efforts I'm speaking of didn't feel forced or because they "had to"... they have a genuine desire to do their best for their guests!
