One of the best choice made! Rooms were Mountain fit! Great amenities and design, parking was useful. Staff is super courteous and helpful. Location would rate highly since the town is small, staying this location saved us many hours of traffic in the evenings from downtown, we managed quick hikes around with zero traffic issues. Morning walk around the Hotel was great sightseeing all around.

Pluses: best doggie area we’ve ever had at a lodging establishment (large and clean). The pup loved it. The refurbished room also was a plus. Negatives: noise from adjacent room (exasperated by having an inner door because they were connecting rooms), the mattress (albeit a highly personal subjective matter), the pine tree in the parking lot that dropped pine pitch on the car (don’t know why anyone would have pine trees overhanging parking area), and the price. Also, there’s not daily service which, considering the daily charge, seemed odd to me. If we return to Sedona, I’d probably look for something that’s a better value.

We stayed two nights to attend a wedding, West Sedona was the best location for us to avoid traffic. The location is less busy that other parts of Sedona plus there are loads of restaurants to choose from that are close by. The room was HUGE, and there was a lot of hooks and storage for ski or hiking gear if that is what you need, two large TVs and a fireplace which we loved. Zen checked us in and she was wonderful, and was able to accommodate a ground floor room for us. The breakfast was nice and had a decent selection, the waffles were pretty good. Hubby said there was road noise but it wasn’t very loud. The floor was tile which I like because there is never a funny smell like you get with carpet. The bed was comfortable and we received plenty of clean towels. My only issue was the clock on the wall needed a new battery which is not a big deal! We will definitely stay here again!

Great and affordable hotel. Convenient location with short drive to all attractions. We came during partial construction in the area, so had a bit difficulty to find the front office. Parking lots also are small and restricted. Room and beds are comfortable, and staff are friendly. Will be back!

They really made our stay special. It was my husband and I first anniversary. On top of that, very clean and well maintained. Zen was so sweet and make sure we were comfortable. Would return again!

We had a wonderful time staying here with our two dogs. This place is incredibly dog-friendly - they have an awesome fenced in dog park and even gave us some dog related goodies upon check-in. Although there was alot of construction going on, it didn't effect our stay. We stayed at one of the rooms that hasn't been renevated yet so it was a bit outdated and kind of a weird set up/small but it was still a wonderful experience overall!

A really great stay in Sedona! Huge rooms with a fireplace, king bed, two large screen TVs and a great bathroom with shower. The rooms are updated and the property is well kept and the staff were excellent. My only place to stay in Sedona! Love it!

The staff is amazing and accommodated us getting into town early. The new rooms are very well done. Housekeeping does a great job and everything was crisp and clean. Great locations just a quick drive to everything Sedona has to offer. We are really looking to return soon!!
