We had to leave CA in a hurry due to the recent fires, and were frantically looking for a hotel far enough away with lots for our children to do while we were there. Kristine made the reservation process a breeze, and the staff at the front desk were super nice and funny. The beds were very comfy, and rooms clean! Great hotel!

From the moment we checked-in (without a reservation), the front desk was extremely helpful. We were four senior females and three have knee and lower back issues. The front desk staff gave us a room near the side entrance so we can easily unload and load our suitcases and things from the rental car. The beds, beddings, and pillows were clean and very comfortable. The room and bathroom were also very clean and the room was a good size for 4 people (2 queen beds). Complimentary breakfast was good. We had a restful, goodnight sleep. We will definitely return to this Comfort Inn the next time we are in the neighborhood. Amazing staff and customer service!|Thank you!

This is a great basic hotel. Clean, well presented and rooms were quite spacious and had good amenities. There is an elevator to the second floor if you need it. Didn't have time to check out the pool and spa, but there is one. Our room had a few issues such as damaged lampshades and an AC unit that was a bit noisy, but those were minor issues. The free breakfast was actually pretty good and there are cereal, eggs, bacon, toast, fruit as well as DIY waffles. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The stay was wonderful, the room was great and so the staff also. Plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The only complaint was that refrigerator did not have a freezer because we use freeze packs for our cooler, instead of ice. Also I say this to all hotel revues that there should be a second luggage rack, it would help the fighting with my wife on who gets it|Thank you.

I had a great 2 night stay here. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The price was low but the service was top tier. Would definitely stay here again.

This has to be one of the worst Comfort Inns we have stayed at. Upon checking into the room we found the toilet seat was not attached properly, this was rectified. The woman at the front desk said they had just had a bus load of foreign tourists in and because they didn’t speak English they didn’t report this, but surely this should have been reported by Housekeeping. I turned on a lamp in the room and the lampshade was broken. I then had to enquire at the front desk as to why they had charged me more than my confirmed booking rate. The girl at the front desk said the City Tax had increased and walked away, I said I wanted to show her a photo of the broken lamp so we weren’t liable for damages, she just waved her hand and said “its Ok, you wont be charged” I made the comment that I didn’t think we would stay here again. As I walked away from the reception desk she called out “I can check you out if you want to leave” The linen is greying and the towels are VERY thin. The room was dirty, mould in the bathroom, carpet hadn’t been vacuumed properly, broken lampshade and then my husband stepped on something beside the bed - 10-20 chocolates on the floor. We pointed out these items to the Lady on reception who gave us a 10% discount on the first nights stay. We were booked in for 3 nights. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend this hotel

The room was comfortable and the bed was comfortable. The room could use a comfortable chair. The property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was adequate, but lacked variety for guests staying more than a couple of days. Motel staff are friendly and helpful.

We stayed one night at the Comfort Inn in Williams. It would have been two, but they were fully booked (actually overbooked!) for the next night. Fortunately, we were able to find excellent accommodation for the second night at the Ellsworth Hotel down the street.||We approached the Comfort Inn with some trepidation, as there was only one car in the parking lot when we arrived. However, we found our room to be very comfortable and clean. Everything worked as it should, and the shower was excellent. Very roomy refrigerator, which was handy to keep our drinks and food cold in 90 degree plus heat. ||There is a Family Dollar store next door, and a Safeway supermarket within walking distance. ||Breakfast was a bit crazy in the morning, as there were not one, but two bus tours staying at the hotel. However, the staff kept everything stocked, and we were able to find a table in the breakfast room. There is an auxiliary room if you can't find a seat in the breakfast room. ||All in all, a good stay. The Comfort Inn is at the relatively quiet west end of town. We never had time to take advantage of the indoor pool or the fitness canter, but they were there if we wanted. Williams is about as close as you can get to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, without paying Grand Canyon prices. ||We're already planning another trip to Williams. Hopefully we'll be able to stay at the Comfort Inn for two nights this time!
