YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Believe the one star reviews. Right next to busy freeway and you hear it big time. Last minute booking on Price line. It said this was a 3 Star Quality Inn. Check-in was easy, guy was very nice. We hauled our luggage up the outside stairs in a snowstorm, opened the door and were almost knocked out by the smell. Curtains are torn, mismatched furniture that seriously looks like a Goodwill Van was robbed. Bed was so hard and the bed spread was soiled and looked like it was made in the 60’s. (Tan Satin) Walls were so gross and dirty. If it was not the last place in town w Vacancy, there is a ZERO chance we stay. It was this place or my car. Night stand was stained and we had to place towels down because we didn’t dare set anything down. Run, don’t walk to ANY hotel in Flagstaff because this place is really neglected.

Floor was wood looking linoleum. Our bed was quite stiff. Room & linens had an odd smell in it, like an overuse of Fabuloso. We sneezed all night. Parking was decent. Continental breakfast was minimal but good. Pool was drained and closed because it's February. Snow visible in the mountains.

Worst hotel stay!! If I could give negative stars I would. I usually never write reviews but I would rather sleep in my car instead of staying a night in this place. We had a two night reservation. Room was filthy, bathroom was dirty and falling apart the frame of the bathroom door was coming apart so it would not stay shut or even fully close, there was no hot water (20 degree weather) and we were not informed of it until we called the following morning to ask about it. They knew when we checked in but they failed to tell us. The staff was not helpful and when we asked for new sheets, they said that they didn't have any extra. We ended up leaving after night one and staying somewhere else. They said they would give us a 10 percent discount on our next stay which did not happen. With all of the other options in the area, you should stay somewhere else.

Sheets, towels, we're immaculate, very friendly desk personnel!
The room was a dump. Pen drawing on the floor, you could grow a garden behind the door in the bathroom. Floors and walls in very poor repair.
Heater has to be turned back on multiple times during the night,
On the bright side! Last room and only$99.00! Very close to a couple of restaurants, we ate at Cracker Barrel very good!

It really doesn't get any worse than this. This room should not be rented under the "Choice" brand. Check out the first couple bathroom pictures. Last two pictures show front door latch. Nice picture of the phone, or what is left of it. The sink water had a steady drip and the place just needed a redo. Front door needed to be lifted to latch. Bed was OK otherwise the place is a joke. One night was plenty for us. We were afraid to try breakfast, so can't comment on that.

I was sick and unable to make the stay in January. The company wouldn't refund me my money. Dan, I hope this happens to you when you go out of town but for MORE then what you took from me. You took that money from my kids and me. 0 stars for this hotel. We will be staying at other locations in the area but will never come back to yours.

Positive: Location and price. But you get what you pay for. Negative: Room was cold. One of the mattresses was so worn could hear the springs when sitting on it. Neighbors were smoking cigarettes and the smoke came thru to our room. NO HOT WATER THE NEXT MORNING. Staff knew about it at check in but didn't tell us.

The mattress was broken down to the point where I almost rolled out of the bed while sleeping. Fortunately I woke up and caught myself before rolling completely off the bed. The "hot" breakfast consisted of waffles. The remaining breakfast options were small muffins and chocolate doughnuts that you could microwave if desired. Two cold cereal options were also offered. I don't recall if oatmeal was an option. I thought a cup of orange juice might be nice, but the "juice" that came out of the machine was more like cloudy water. I ended up having breakfast at a nearby restaurant. I stayed there in 2019, it seemed to have been better then. I won't be staying there again.
