The front desk attendant was friendly and informative up on check in.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable for one evening and we slept fine.

No complaints as it met our needs on our drive home. The card addressed to us left on a pillow was a nice touch.

We recently stayed here over the weekend and it was exceptional! The front desk waited up for us as we checked in later in the night and warmed up our room for us. We had the dog-friendly room service. The room had a 'homey' feel and was so cozy and comfortable. The little 'Welcome' touches were dearly appreciated. There were plenty of exit doors to and from our car which made things easier for travel and unpacking/packing. Thanks so much, we will be back!

This is a quaint and homey property conveniently located on Highway 89 in a residential area of Kanab. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Our room was small but very clean and comfortable. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant (Sego) was AWESOME. They serve a very eleclectic and well-curated menu of "sharable plates" (think tapas). The breakfast buffet the next morning was also great - especially the cheesy scrambled eggs and french toast. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

This is the best in town. Very pretty decor, good quality furniture, and Chihuly glass chandeliers in the lobby. Nice large bathroom which provided a nice change for us coming from the NP lodges. Friendly service at the front desk, and excellent restaurant on site. The small pool is across the street and shared by their sister lodge hotel. The pool is well kept with someone always walking by to pick up towels and clean. No housekeeping available but we got fresh towels at the front desk. Only downside was the a/c unit was a bit noisy and the wood frame new construction means you might hear the guest next door, but we slept well. Overall I would stay here again and I’m sure you would enjoy a stay here. Everything is good quality.

We just dropped in to inquire about a room and the owner offered us his favorite room at a wonderful price! The king room was beautiful, extremely comfortable and spacious, the service was outstanding and the breakfast food - delicious. He made recommendations to us for dinner, which we heeded on our return trip. We also stayed here on our return trip home and was extended the same courtesy and wonderful service! I highly recommend this hotel.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews but our experience was so great, I had to take the time to thank Canyon's Boutique Hotel.

I called the week prior to ensure the delivery of a special cheesecake would be ok. My call was actually answered by the owner Travis who took the time to discuss my plans for celebrating. He offered to provide balloons or any other decorations I would like to make my partner feel special. Such great service and so appreciated.

We stayed in a queen room with a spa tub and fireplace. The room was so cozy. Everything was perfect and we couldn't have enjoyed it more.

Thank you so much! Our weekend was amazing.

I stayed here for work and was very pleased with the room! It’s cozy and has little touches that make you feel welcome; including the note on the bed which provides the weather forecast for the next day… a thoughtful and unique gesture.
The bathroom is nice with good water pressure, a nice array of soaps, Qtips etc. Another nice touch was that they provided a robe, as well as a cozy extra blanket. The mattress, bedding and pillows were very comfortable, and I really liked the bed frame, it felt like home. It took me a minute to figure out how to keep the AC running, because I like the white noise, and it helped cover the hallway and upstairs noise. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back when I can stay longer! I’d like to try the restaurant, which I didn’t have time to do, next time hopefully.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The hosts, Travis and Gordon, and all of the staff were extremely warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. We love the rustic elegance paired with a chic, romantic ambiance. It is a very charming place. We can't wait to return!
