Not worth it if you have a pet. We were asked to pay half the nightly rate on top as a pet fee. That rate would land you in a much nicer accommodation in town where pets are included in the rate. Not a huge deal there but the room was borderline inhabitable, if we weren’t exhausted from driving all day we would have gone somewhere else. The shower curtain was stained yellow and absolutely reeked of urine, and to the right of the sink was a suspicious brown splatter. 🤢 Even for the low price, go somewhere else. The front desk person was nice though. Not a reflection on their service, just the rooms and springing a pet fee on at check-in. It should have been clear when booking online.

If I'm being fair, I want to say that the hotel itself may be decent, but the room I was given was absolutely deplorable. There was thick dust in the room like it hadn't been wiped down in some time. Dried urine on the toilet seat and dried urine with dust behind the toilet seat. Spiders and hanging webs in the two corners of the room, holes in the walls that were attempted to be covered, the air conditioner/ heater hanging out of the wall. I did not turn the heat on because I was afraid to touch it. Temperature was in the twenties so I froze. Called the office with no response. Just a very dirty room.
The bed also had a piece of drywall under it. I don't even want to know why. It was between the mattress and the box spring which pushed the center of the mattress up so it was not flat which made it very difficult to sleep.
The smoke detector chirped every few minutes so I had to take the battery out.
I took pictures because I'm going to dispute to get my money back. Unfortunately, this review portion does not allow for pictures.
Please don't get room 124 if you go here

Good location to the Grand Canyon. Rooms are outdated but pretty cheap. The AC/heat worked great. Bed was fine for the one night I stayed. Smoke detector visibly had no battery🤷🏽‍♀️. Shower was good despite other bad reviews. If you only have to stay here for one night and you’re on a budget it’s not absolutely terrible. People running it were nice.

Room was neat and clean. Had all the amenities you'd expect from this level of motel. Had a fridge and microwave, which was a plus. The owners were nice and efficient. Location very close to historic small downtown...within walking distance. It was perfect for my needs in this trip...simple and affordable.

This motel is an affront to all that is holy. They did the bare minimum of cleaning, the sheets were dirty, poop splatter behind the toilet. They never once came through to do room service. And the breakfast was the saddest thing I've ever seen. Just a coffee machine, and when I asked where the breakfast was, the dude reluctantly grabbed half a box of granola bars and set a few out. The toilet was even clogged when I left! 😂

Quick check-in. Close to Safeway Grocery.
Clean towels and beds. For the rate we paid well worth it. Room has mini fridge, small microwave, and single cup coffee maker. Room was nice and warm when we arrived. We’re happy 😃 with our choice to stay.

Positive: The cost for a night stay. Was pretty reasonable. I made a mistake in placing the reservation online. They let me change it for free. Which I am very grateful for. Staff was very helpful and friendly Negative: The walls have ZERO noise dampening between rooms. Not only could I hear the guy in the next room fart. He fell asleep with the TV on. Which I could also hear until the train came thru town at 330 a.m. blowing his horn ALL THE WAY THRU TOWN.

Great experience. Amazing price for what they offer. Stay here if you want a cost effective and comfortable stay. 10/10 will be back.

**edit: I stayed here again as I stated before in my previous review and I stand by my original review. If you’re looking to save significant money then this place is great. If you’re interested in a PERFECT STAY because you’re used to LUXURY hotels- then save yourself the trouble of being a picky and negative person with your disappointment. I used to work for very high end places in Sedona- this place is really good for what price they charge considering what they offer. If you want pristine room conditions and luxury amenities just don’t be a dick. You don’t get those things with such an affordable price. As a former housekeeper I find nothing wrong with the things they offer for such a low price.

Most importantly, Dimple is amazing- she really cares about the guest and is very helpful.
