I booked this solely for the pet friendly option. Traveling alone with my 70lb dog. If your dog is particular in where they potty - Do not stay here! (See pics) It’s a pet friendly room, but the recommended potty areas are a dirt alley behind the motel or a rock/weed area 2 streets away. I walked, then drove all over town trying to find grass. Nearly impossible. Neither of these spots are somewhere I’d want to walk him before bedtime either. Very dark. |That being said, the lady at the front desk was very nice, my room was clean and the location was good. The AC not so great tho. I would stay here again WITHOUT my dog if the price was right. The town is adorable!!!!

The hotel looked shady at night and rooms are even more gloomy. The bedsheets are dirty. The toilet commodes are small, not for plus size people. The sinktop had no space for even keeping a toothbrush. The toilet door opens on the opposite direction (towards your room outside the bathroom) which was also weird. There is no chair or sofa to sit on or keep a bag. The bed had a steel frame and it makes a very prominent sound every time you sit on it. The bed is oddly placed right in front of the door. In short, the room was very weird to look at or stay at. But if you can sleep anywhere then this might be for you. I got it for 45 bucks, I still feel I had better options. I shouldn't have looked at the ratings of booking places.

We stayed here on a cross-country trip in 07/22, and again while crossing the country in 06/24. Nice family-owned drive-up motor lodge. Clean, comfortable, affordable, convenient, and pet-friendly. Friendly staff. We'll return on our next trip this way.

This motel got us in earlier than most are able to and been a great help for our rest from driving very far. It's great for a quick stay for continuous travel.

Would I recommend a multi day stay here... Well that's up to you, but I would say politely it's not up there in standards if you are looking for multiple days.

clean place, reasonably priced. very affordable and had one of the most comfortable beds ive every experienced. staff was very friendly, and maybe this is a weird detail but i rly liked the soap they provided in the shower lol. stopped here on the last night of a days long road trip and honestly it was my favorite of all the places i stayed. dont know what all the bad reviews are on about, its an old motel that costs $50 for 2 beds like what do you want from it x_x maybe they just got unlucky idk

Positive: Recently remodeled, clean and quiet, with a great, low price for a room in a good location. Negative: Wish they had an easily accessed ice machine for guests to use - but you can get ice by asking for it at the office.

Good bed, and slept well in this quirky older motel. The owner who checked us in was nice. She tolerated my attempts to speak Hindi. What more could you want at this price point.|The place is kind of on a slope and the floors follow along...maybe a 3 percent slope to the floor. But hey...I have a reflux issue and it is good to have the head higher than the feet! Shower is nice with the tiniest bar of soap I have ever seen.

Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable.
The downside is there's no room to hang clothes or especially jackets, no dresser for your clothes either. Room ends up being a little mess of your stuff all over the place. Somewhere to place bathroom stuff in the bathroom would be great as well.

Otherwise, the accommodations were easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
