My family and I stayed for 3 days and it was a fairly pleasant experience. The check-in process was simple and quick. The lady at the desk was professional and attentive. Our room was missing a few items such as a shower curtain, some towels, and extra blankets, but the lady at the desk was quick to call maintenance to have these things brought to our room promptly. We had no issues with parking or the parking lot in general. It did look like they were remodeling the rooms down below us but this never caused an issue with our stay. The beds were comfortable and the sheets appeared to be clean. I will say the cleanliness of the room could use some attention. There were toothpaste splats on the mirror, some stains on the pull-out couch, a dirty sponge and a half used bottle of dish soap by the kitchen sink, and the carpets did leave a light shade of black on your feet if you walked barefoot on them so they could definitely use a good deep clean. The room seemed to have some nice upgrades such as the heated lamps in the bathrooms and full size appliances. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel since it was close to restaurants and shopping centers. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and would stay here again.

This place is a gem in the heart of Flagstaff. Good rates and location. Rooms are cozy and clean. They were very accommodating for me and my service dog. Weekends are usually sold out and can get a little loud as people come and go, or when housekeeping comes through. I stayed an extra night due to partiers on both sides of my room, which made it difficult to sleep. The staff went above and beyond to help make it a nice stay and they gave me a great rate for the second night, let me keep the same room and made sure it was quiet enough to get a good night's rest.

Gross, disappointing, bad management.
Front desk folks were nice but went rapidly downhill from there. Stained sheets, dirty walls, mold, disgusting fridge, barely functioning tv. I had stayed here before and got more of less what you would expect for a budget hotel. Standards have severely dropped. Just reading reviews you can tell management has no intention to make things right and I'm less than optimistic they will make improvements for those unfortunate enough to continue booking here without reading reviews and being warned about how disappointing this place is.

Very clean, pets allowed. Quiet. Could not hear pets barking next door.|What I love about this place, it was centrally located. 2 mins away from downtown Flagstaff & Northern Arizona University. Loved the big, clean bathrooms. Loved the king sized beds.

I stayed here twice. The first time was ok, the second time a disaster. That said the front desk personnel were quite kind.
Ceiling was flaking off and moldy, faucets didn’t work right, freezer was left dirty from prior guest (and I mean stains and what looked like spilled coffee icicles). The bed sheets were smelly and had stains. The walls are barren! The TV was ancient and not functioning well. The furniture consisted of 1 blue plastic wheelie chair, like the kind you see at a teachers desk in high school. I sent an email immediately after checking out, explaining concerns and have still yet to hear back. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but since I’m being ignored, I do think the world should know. Do not stay here unless you want to play a game of Russian Roulette on the kind of experience you will have! I didn’t even ask for a refund, I simply sent an email and got nothing back. Reading these reviews makes me think this is a pattern!

Got caught in price gauging because of limited hotel availability in the area for one night. This place is a motel with lipstick. Served the purpose but the pictures make it look deceivingly better than it is.

We stayed in the two-bedroom suite, which gave the family a good amount of space and three beds. While the price point worked and the sheets were clean, we didn't spend too much time here, as we were simply traveling through and exhausted. When we arrived it was freezing in the room with the bathroom, and we found a window had been left open. My husband always does one last search of the room before we leave, after we are "out," he told me it was a good thing I, personally, didn't look under the bed. The hotel was close to the road we needed during travel, gas, and food.

A trip from California to Arizona: finding a hotel when you’re unfamiliar with the city can be challenging, but I definitely recommend this hotel.

There are plenty of rooms and available parking, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Additionally, the location is convenient, and they allow pets.

The price is reasonable for the service and attention they provide.
