Hotel is dated and not kept up extremely well. My room number fell off the wall in the middle for the night as an example. Also smelled a bit like weed. Saying that, the bed was comfortable and room clean, which is really all one can ask for. Staff were also friendly and location was great being not far off the highway. I'd stay again if I was passing through.

Have stayed at many mid-tier hotels while traveling the country the last four years. This hotel was near the bottom in value. When paying $240 for a night, the expectations is above average. The room was dated, not clean to expectations, the shower has seen its better days, etc. Often we plan ahead for our stays, but on this trip we were trying to get home as quickly as possible so we booked same day while on the road. Don't do so if you have to stay at this location.

I stayed at this hotel with a buddy for our overnighter motorcycle trip to the Chiricahua National Monument. It was comfortable and convenient. I was very much surprised by how great the breakfast selection was as I was expecting it to be like any other "breakfast included" stays where the selection and quality are pretty dismal. I would not hesitate to stay there again and would recommend it for anyone passing through looking for a good place to spend the night. The staff were very friendly and helpful too which is an added bonus.

Be careful! There was an “accidental” slip of numbers and someone was given access to my room. I travel the state of Arizona and unfortunately have to stay in some rural towns with safety not in mind. Thankfully I had already bolted the room and put a chair in front of the door- but someone attempted and did in fact have the ability to gain entry. I called out to the door to let him know he had the wrong room, it he still tried to get in!! But- when I tried to call the front desk, the room phone was dead. It had been unplugged- I was honestly terrified and had a full blown anxiety attack. When I did get in contact with the front desk, they of course were sorry, but could not offer anything other than moving rooms to help with the anxiety. The following morning I did speak with the manager and her message to me was it was fine and she put 2000 points on my account!!!! I don’t want the points- I want my safety considered. This is as a terrifying experience and how is this NOT going to happen again. Things thankfully ended up fine, but I watch way too much dateline for this to be settled in my head for a long time!

We were pleasantly surprised with generous rooms and bathrooms, completely stocked and super clean. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Breakfast was a big surprise with a large variety of choices- the hot items changed out each day. We started each day with a comfortable night’s sleep, good, hot coffee, and an enjoyable breakfast.

Breakfast was really good compared to other HIExpress, they had a bunch of workers that make a bunch of noise in the place but over all this is not their fault .

The customer care was terrible, I have a special needs kid and had to load him and myself and forgot something g on the property that apparently disappeared . This is fine but I cannot believe how they acted about this.

I stay at this property to go down and hunt and have stayed there a few times .

It is always something.

Overpriced!!! The carpet was nasty. The bathroom wall next to the shower was peeling. The walls must be thin because I heard noises all night. I didn't get any sleep. I checked in after 11pm. and left just after 5 am. I wished I would've kept driving and not stopped.

Having stayed at multiple Holiday Inn Hotels over the years this has to be the worst of any hotel experience. Overpriced. Room not clean. Noisy. AC/Heat not working properly. When I addressed the issues at checkout the manager on duty did not come out of her office. She let the desk staff talk with me. They took $20 off the bill. Really? Avoid this property. Stay elsewhere.
