Just stayed here for 2 nights with our puppy…their pet friendly rooms are on the first floor which makes it so nice for taking them outside, the rooms also aren’t carpeted which is another bonus in my opinion when traveling with a pet. The room was very clean and well equipped. The morning free breakfast was great and the staff is super friendly!!

Loved everything about this place! The staff is so nice from the front desk to the breakfast staff. The beds were really comfortable with amenities that I didn't expect, like the free laundry rooms that came in handy for me! Great stay!

Visited this past week. The accommodations were excellent, the staff extremely delightful and helpful. Clean all around. The room was clean, comfortable and homelike. Daily complimentary hot breakfast. Looking forward to going back.

I recently completed an extended stay at the Candlewood Suites BLD 44420 and found my experience to be enjoyable.
The location was excellent and the amenities were well-maintained.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional work by one of the staff members, Yadira, that attended to my room weekly. Throughout my stay, Yadira consistently maintained a high level of cleanliness in my room and provided excellent service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Yadira always went the extra mile to ensure my room was spotless.
Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at the Candlewood and would recommend it to others.

been here 2 times and can say it was clean and decent sized rooms for not too much. the food was a bit better than some other hotels.
the hotel is located right next to any stores or food places you may need to go to.

Can only book through ihgarmyhotels.com, not the IHG app. That process does not add your email to the booking.||2 Imposing hotel with four floors.||3 They were able to check me in early when I arrived at 1130! They put me on the top floor as I requested. It was good that I could get a kitchenette room: I like having real plates, cups, and cutlery during a business trip.||4 Good Wi-Fi. 90 Mbps when empty, 35 Mbps mid evening.||5 The room coffeemaker had a coffee pack and not a K-cup. It looked good but I liked filling my cup from ||the coffee vacuum flasks downstairs.||6 As in other hotels, I like to take milk from breakfast and later use it for coffee or tea with milk.||7 Breakfast area has a one-way flow like a roundabout! Layout could be better. Rearrange it so that guests pick up a bowl, then cereal, then milk, and then a spoon. Not the opposite 🙂 The milk dispenser does not always work. It is set to about 23 degrees and tends to freeze the milk.||8 There is an EV charging station with two ports behind the hotel.

Really wish I read the reviews on the pets before booking. We were double charged as well. They said it would drop off in 3-5 days but PCSing overseas and being charged twice is really frustrating.

If you have pets go off post — it’s cheaper too. I recommend the Roadinn just outside the gate ($15 per pet — per night) the staffing there is also super sweet.

The rooms at Candlewood suites are nice however, you have to wait about 30 minutes for hot water to kick on. Breakfast is also delicious but i recommend the lodging for families without pets.

The room was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and the coffee was some of the best I've ever had at a hotel. Service was friendly, but pretty slow. We enjoyed our stay.
