Our first experience with having our Thanksgiving catered turned out exceptional, even with the meal having to be transported two hours from Birmingham. Every dish was perfectly prepared and enjoyed by the whole family and several friends. This was the best tasting catered meal we’ve ever eaten and a stress free Thanksgiving thanks to Corretti Catering.

Rebecca is nice to work, Ken is NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE AND DRAMA. no tasting (even though we were told we would have one before we made the down payment) nor tried the food we wanted to serve. We were lucky and got a to-go box of some cold food but nothing we had chosen. Lots of rules regulations stipulations added fees and a super uptight prima donna attitude from Ken. if you say or do anything he doesn't like he will threaten to cancel your event or sue you
