This is an older hotel that has been tastefully redecorated. The rooms are large with a huge flat screen TV and a huge selection of stations to watch. It is one exit from a very large shopping mall with numerous places to eat and very convenient to north Phoenix locations for business meetings and the new TSMC fab.

Great views, but, this location kinda sucks when you consider the one-way on & off the highway (Everywhere you go will be $32 Uber ride, I should have rented a car)

The A/C was sooo loud, but oddly not at night, so maybe outside temperature affected it (Averaged 75° early December days)

The housekeeper knocked at 1102am and asked us to leave (Even though we requested noon checkout at 7am)

I cannot confirm this location uses the same Hampton Beds (And they only give two pillows, but we're happy to give us two more)

Other than this, pretty standard Hampton Inn experience...

I will say the gentleman maintaining the breakfast area was a delight to chat with! Oh, and for the breakfast, I recommend combining the vanilla with strawberry waffle mixes and throwing on oatmeal toppings!

We'd stay again.

this is one of these ghetto hotels that expects the whole hotel to share one microwave in the lobby. Total ghetto joke. If you can’t have a microwave in each room, then you should shut your hotel down. I stay at hundreds of hotels every year and I will never stay at a location twice that makes everybody share one microwave. Absolutely absurd, and ridiculous.. totally embarrassing to Hilton brand

Stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites. I stayed in a one room suite which was large with enough room to move around which was nice. The hotel was clean and had no real issues worth mentioning with exception of the 11 a.m. check out time. A little early. The location was by restaurants and shops. Would stay again for the cost.

Had a great stay at this hotel. It is very clean! The front desk staff and housekeeping were so attentive and caring. Especially Barbara! She asked if i needed anything and i needed another coffee maker. She brought one in no time. I've never experienced such nice and helpful people at a hotel before until now. Thank you!

Location was great…room clean and comfortable ….my issue was that they advertise the hotel as pet friendly, then charge $75 for a small dog who even brought her own bed, was never alone in the room and had no accidents…not pet friendly in my opinion

This was a lovely impromptu stay. Barbara and the other staff members were wonderful-- patient, kind, and incredibly helpful-- highly recommend coming to stay!
(AC worked very well as well, bonus!!)

This is possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was beyond amazing. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Candace, Barbara, Eddie , Kamika were always smiling and greeted us warmly every time we walked by. My husband was recovering from surgery and they went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. Emily brought us extra pillows and always seemed to be there to open the door for me when I was bringing in bags. The housekeeping staff always greeted us with a smile.|Dani the manager was very friendly and helpful as well. She has excellent staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for the best customer service.
