The blankets had some burn marks and a small damage here and there but other than that it's quiet and the beds are comfy and I'm pregnant. Me and my VA fiance love it here! I would recommend this place. The staff and the cleaning ladies are very nice! Oh and just because they have some flaws and I didn't see any cockroaches anywhere doesn't mean this place is bad it's actually great!take it from someone who is pregnant and has seizures. 😊🥰

Right off the i17 freeway.
Was having work done at my house so stayed a week here.
The rooms are very nice stove tops full size fridge.
No bugs, property is kept clean.
Front desk gal Kimberly was very helpful and would make me laugh.
Room price is good for having a full service room.
They work with you on rates too.
Thanks Meghan for all your help and thanks housekeepers for coming and cleaning up after me and my dogs.

I guess every Motel gonna gave druggie looking g people around. But every other day it seems the room key dosent work. Have to drive to front desk to get another. Also we've been here 5 weeks.(waiting on taxes to get an apt.) Our microwave broke. They want us to change rooms. But we have so much stuff due to bring here Over a month. Were gonna be here a few more weeks. You'd think they would switch it out. Prob no maintence. But room 2aa clean. Room was very nice. Had burns and stuff but it's a smoking room so I don't care. Please get us a microwave please

First room they put me in had no blanket or bedspread.. just sheets. They moved me to another room. The toilet seat was up and urine in the toilet. No clean towels in the room and business cards all in the Bathroom. Dirty towels If you have other options for a place to stay, I recommend you stay anywhere else but here

The smoke detector would not stop beeping due to cooking cheeseburgers. Put in a plastic bag to make it stop. Apparently you can't do that. Always smells of fentanyl coming through the AC. The place was not that bad though. Friendly staff just about and the security guy is cool and perfect for that place.

No bugs is always good.

I have been staying here for a while now in between places. The only bad experience I have had here is with security. But that's a long story. But Matthew the front desk guy in the evenings was amazing and very helpful I would give him alone 5 stars all around

This the 3rd time 2nd extended stay after moving here. But there are so many areas that make up a fair review. Like how long u stay, with who, and why. Me, it’s me n my cat, a place to sleep, a kitchenette incl fridge, stove, sink, microwave, cupboards and drawers for food, pans, dishes, etc. no oven which would be excellent for long stays with or without a family.
A counter/table ample lighting plugs and usb chargers. No carpets is wonderful. A closet . Awesome for long stays. A clean functioning laundry room and a friendly staff. Some rooms are in need of sprucing up or facelifts. And there is no pool for the very hot summer. But Air n heat are great. Once u get used to finding your way around the area the location is fine. Security is present but I never saw any disturbance. Compared to a few other places I moved to, this is why I’m back here.

Owners sent me so many messages after my stay begging me to leave 5 star reviews. Then they called and texted me and said if I left 5 separate five star reviews for my one stay that I would get a 10% discount on my next stay.

Foolishly, I did so. I never got a discount. I have a very long text exchange with the owner (who claims Meghan the manager is a man) and says they never asked me to post five separate reviews.

I pasted to her the exact exchange where the bribery was solicited and then she claimed it was a “miscommunication.”

The security guard, if you want to call him that, sits at the picnic table just east of the office and plays on his cell phone all day. If a drug deal or a gunshot happened next to him he would never know it.

The rooms are clean and the housekeeping is top notch and Eve in the office is spectacular. It’s too bad the ownership blatantly lies and employs “security” that might as well be comatose.

Book at your own risk. That being said, the property is safe and could save money by not employing security.
