My husband and I have spent several weeks at a time at the WoodSpring suites Phoenix- Deer valley. Our experience has been nothing but amazing. I need to give a shout out to Renee and Brandy. They are the absolute best! They care so much about the people staying there. Many people are in our boat where they have to live somewhere for an extended period of time and these two ladies make sure it’s a great experience. It’s in a good area close to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel be it for one night or a month. Anytime we’re in the area we will be staying at this hotel!

Had to leave a few days early due to an emergency and they would not refund me for the rest of my booking. Also the bed was very very uncomfortable and noisy every time you moved, it was almost like sleeping on a cot. The floors were not clean and the tv remote did not work. There was food left in the refrigerator that was definitely expired and smelled. Be careful when booking here

I would not recommend this hotel at all. I might as well stay at a budget in or motel 6. Dirty, I believe the homeless live here it has a bad smell. Our beds had no sheets. The trash cans had no bags. There was hair in the restroom still. Disgusting, don't stay here unless you have to. They close the front at 11pm . So it's hard to even get ahold of someone if needed.

Brandi was extremely helpful and informative with my check-in process. The lobby & hallways are very clean. There is a fitness room with lots of workout options and a laundry room. It is quiet here with no rift raft. Very reasonably priced.

My stay here has been absolutely exceptional!!!! Keshia, is the best most hard-working individual I’ve ever encountered!! She goes above and beyond for clients and staff. I just want to give her a special shout out because she deserves it! Everyone here is exceptional as well and the cleanliness is uncanny. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending it.

DO NOT COME HERE THEY STEAL BAGS
The stay was amazing but I left with my bag behind and realized it 10 hours later and called to see if they had it. From all hotel policies if there is a missing bag in a room they have to hold on to it for 90 days. It was only 10 hours and a worker named Brandi was very rude and kept changing the story about finding my bag. Saying the room was cleaned, the room wasn’t cleaned, the room when I went in looked cleaned. It was very weird so I went back to the hotel and same thing happened again with her. I asked if we could go up to the room to look together for my comfort. She rolled her eyes and said “That is unnecessary and is a waste of time”.
I left because I couldn’t deal with her lying to my face and telling me I am wasting my time. My husband was on call the whole time and heard the whole conversation and he was mad and suspicious as well. So he called the hotel and Brandi answered and my husband asked her for an update. Brandi then explained how me and her went up to the room and I looked around for the missing bag. She said I went under the bed and everything. I called again and the manager just said it was a he said she said situation which is not okay. This bag had a lot of important expensive items due to me going to an esthetician school with products over $60. DONT COME HERE.

Let me say this From the Manager Jack to Ranae and Keisha they are amazing souls. Me being a single mom and finding a place temporarily that feels like home I’ll say this no other place like wood springs. Cleaniness is 100% hospitality 100% and they work with you. Super family oriented I recommend them 100% for short term and long term stays. ☺️ Jay

Everyone here has been amazing ! Brandy is always wiping down something or cleaning somewhere and she always does it with a smile on her face. Renea is always on top of anything we need she always goes that extra mile and is always so eager to help! Jack is just all around amazing from the amazing way that he cares for his team to the care he gives when helping you at check in or out . I will always recommend wood springs deer valley !!!
