Trashy place, roach infested, drug infested, the management is rude, the larger white security guard is rude, everything he sees me he makes my life difficult by making me go to the office and prove I can be on site or by reminding me what rooms I can and can't go to. If you
walk into a room that you are not registered too they will trespass you..no warning.. this place is like the Hilton with security but it's pure trash..

Place was horrible. Every room had signs of remodeling and stucco. Front desk Hispanic lady was very rude. They charge you if you blow your nose on there towels. Any small thing they can find. Very poor service for a motel that's wants a $100 deposit. The entrance to the motel has drug user everywhere and who knows what else. This review is as of 12/5/2023

This used to be a low quality motel but they have redone the rooms and it is quite pleasant now. It's definitely way better than before and for a really decent price. Not really much to the room just basics T.V., bed, sink, toilet, shower, and mini fridge. It was clean. The A/C and hot water both worked well. It seems to be on lock down after office hours. Only thing that could be an issue is if you lose your key card and are locked out of your room during office hours it's approximately $40-$45 the get a new one and more than double that after office hours. My suggestion is don't lose your key card.

There were roaches crawling around your room and walls. The bathroom was disgusting. No blankets on the bed just sheets. Homeless people walking around and camping on the side of the road. People playing loud music. Not to mention people outside smoking pot and meth.

Please do not book this place. Roaches in the shower room.Rooms are smelly marijuana everywhere. Not safe for kids. No wifi no breakfast, no heated pool or jacuuzi, everything they wrote in their website is lies… Homeless people outside! Book this place at your own risk ❗️It’s shameful to lie.. Do Better

Staff was great. Old man patrolling was a sweet heart once he knows who you are and that you belong there, girl at the desk was very cool and helped me a lot, the maid from the second floor is such a sweetheart. People shouldn't judge each other so much, this lady was honestly the nicest maid I've ever met at a hotel and very helpful and kind.very Convenient location.

Cheap room and bad service. Words do not explain how horrible of an experience my stay was. First off my room had no towels or blanket and the front desk informed me they were out. Then my door broke and there was no maintenance working at night. I had to climb in and out of the window. Eventually I was locked out of my room for the entire night and got nothing but attitude from staff. I had to find another place to sleep and come back 3 separate times the next day to get back my possessions hours after checkout. All of this and nothing but rude and inconsiderate staff.

I read a lot of reviews on here and I disagree with a lot of them. This hotel my husband Chris and I been staying at off and on for years now. The staff is so friendly and loving and makes you feel like family. They go above and beyond to go out of their way to see how your day is going and to make sure everything is okay. If you are uncomfortable with your room they will fix it. It is comfortable it is an older hotel and it's still comfortable and clean. I have never felt like my safety was at risk. I always feel safe their. They have a variety of rooms to fit your wants and needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and give them a 10+++ star raiting...
