Budget friendly motel that suited our needs. Would definitely stay again. Hotel definitely needs some minor maintenance here and there. Bed was soft and comfortable and the shower was hot and that’s all I need. Staff was extremely friendly every time we dealt with someone. Breakfast was good and hot. The pool was a little tricky to get into as the key card did not work. Hot tub was hot, but the jets do not work. Pool had quite a bit of sand in it, but when you live in the desert that’s to be expected. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget friendly this may be the place for you.

Number of homeless around. Though we had no problems, we were always concerned with security.

Worst experience in this branch of comfort inn: first they say there is no hot water as heater is damaged. The room which was provided had no water at-all not even cold water comes in the tap
or shower. Its just a scam, the service they have is just to old in unorganized. They must be banned from such brands as comfort inn its looks like 1 star hotel.

Front desk gal was very short and curt, not welcoming at all.
Sat on the edge of the bed and the other side popped up and I fell to the floor on my butt. The noise is out of control even with windows closed the traffic noise is awful. Not very hot water. And the toilet was so low to the ground you practically fall on it.
Not worth even $50 a night. Don’t waste your money!!!

Pool is disgusting green, and bunch trash floating. Jacuzzi pump works but diapers, condoms floating on top. Trash in the pool and hot tub. We had to leave and got full refund! We called before they didn't mention anything.

Place isn't maintained. All permitter carded doors have no locks working you can just walk right in.

This motel is not 2 star, the room is 3 stars but not to code.

No ramps for valet cart.

We checked in about 5 pm. I am a diamond choice member. Owner of JoyousVacations, My wife black wife had to pee after a long ride from FL. She came into the hotel to ask to use the bathroom as I walked our little dog. She came out saying the hotel lady said they don't have a bathroom in lobby. I said weird. So we checked in I asked the front desk lady again about bathroom. She said no they don't have a bathroom in the lobby. But not more then 30 mins I had to get a second parking pass. As I waited there was a god group checking in. The white lady asked to use the bathroom and the front desk lady gave her a bathroom key. This is wrong to lie to people based on the color they are my wife don't look homeless. As I am a white male. This front desk lady should be trained better by the GM. I am not happy with this staff member or how the policy is made.

Another hotel in the area that failed to show me hospitality.
On check-in, I was given on the third floor. The first night was very pleasant. I woke in the morning and read my Bible. Played music for my workout. Took a nap when I woke up. I guess I was transported to a problem hotel.
I exited the room, but the lock was inoperable .no one to fix it. Being electronic, I had to call the desk and explain the situation. The clerk gave options to play musical chairs in two days with luggage and room. I directed to give me what I paid for, and I was moved to floor number two.
Upon opening the door, I smelled an animal residue . The comforter was not washed and contained the same odor. I checked the next day and found a brown stain on it. See the picture.
Calling the front desk, I asked for a new set of linen, which I would replace the housekeeper came with new sheets and said they had no comforters. Again calling the front desk, I insisted on new bedding. When the housekeeper returned, she had an attitude that was offensive. This was after I was going to replace the bedding myself.
One of the food preparation women scolded me for not using the tong as she was standing there. Being blind in one eye and bad vision in the other, I almost knocked them on the ground because she left them on the counter and didn't return them before I attempted to get a muffin.
all, but one day, they had no meats. One day, no potatoes or meats. A cheese omelet was the only choice. Out of the prepared food.
The floors of the room were bare and transferred the smell of urine to my socks. After the comforter was replaced, the bed didn't smell anymore,
The swimming pool was greener than the sehawks uniforms.
Smoke detector parts were missing.
The refrigerator had no shelfs.
The bathroom had exposed sharp edges where a towel rack should have been
Electric cords were looking like a fire hazard
The door clearance on the bottom was allowing sound to travel between the hallway and room
The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and uncaring.
The grounds look like they were uncared for.
It seems as if this property is going to be sold.

I would give minus stars if I could, but Google won’t allow it. I will never stay at a quality inn ever again. The staff Kylie and her little man boss were very rude. Rooms were dirty would not give extra towels. Pool was dirty with cockroaches and green not shocked but told it was. There was no electricity for a couple hours would not extend checkout time when asked about checkout time refused and said there will be a penalty. When I asked what the penalty is Kylie said she’d call the police if we’re not out by 11. The room did not come with any top covers. Bathroom was moldy and the key to the door didn’t work and we did not need it. The door just opened and did not lock. I had to ask for them. There was no breakfast. We hear staff talking about guests. The dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. don’t believe any hype on the reviews if there’s any good reviews, probably staff writing them.
