The coffee was fantastic, I got a Hot Vanilla Latte and a Breakfast Burrito. They were both delicious and couldn't be happier with the service, the line was long but went very quick. The atmosphere was great, and the outside seating was super nice. They also have outdoor heaters when it gets cold! Highly recommend!

Took my NAU student daughter here - first time for both of us. We both had breakfast burritos, and I had a blackberry iced tea. The burritos were fantastic - especially with the green chilis, YUM! Burrito was crazy HOT, so had to let it cool but wow - it was a perfect blend of all our favorite breakfast ingredients, and the tortillas tasted super fresh and perfectly soft. Very friendly employees, and they handled the long line very well. Will be back for sure!

A wonderful coffee and breakfast spot.

Their breakfast sandwiches are AMAZING and they roast their own coffee.

I love the double espresso!

A pretty chill place for a coffee shop with friendly staff. I ordered an iced americano with a pesto sandwich and my partner got a mixed berry smoothie with a matador club and we both really liked our food and drinks. If your not in a rush and have time to wait and hangout a bit I recommend this place. My one and only complaint is that the pricing is a bit on the higher end side for a meal.

Probably the most balanced coffee experience that I've had in a while. The cafe is in what appears to be an older oil change station. Two giant garage doors connect directly to the main seating area, dominating the temperature control of the environment.

Both the coffee and the food were of solid four star quality, and the interior was a good balance of comfort and quirkiness. In the end, it's about the coffee, and I went with drip.

The drip was available in the open area, self serve as I've come to expect at this point, and it was great diner coffee. I haven't discussed the diner coffee category in detail, but this is a top five stop (too bad the Maps ruined lists, or I would have an official list).

The service was friendly, and you could tell this was a favorite spot for locals. The conversation was well-timed to be friendly, but not hold up the line too much. It was a great experience.

The only reason it's not a five star is because I've been to an absurd amount of coffee shops over the years, but this is a five star for everyone except me.

I very rarely write reviews, however, felt I had to share this. If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I are Australian and earlier this year we travelled extensively throughout the US. We stopped in here late afternoon on 10 June 2024. I'd love to be able to advise what we thought of the coffee, however, the male (brown hair, moustache, approximately aged in his 40s) did not serve us. In fact, he did not even acknowledge us. He was too busy having a personal conversation with a woman (blonde, approximately early 20s) about a job interview or the likes over the counter and then he proceeded to roam the floor where other patrons were seated eating and drinking. He returned to the counter and still did not look at us. After at least three solid minutes of waiting, we left. For a country known for their customer service, we thought this was a disgrace. Do yourself a favour and go to Wicked AZ for coffee instead. The staff are friendly and efficient and the coffee is awesome. Great value/price too. During our trip, we travelled far and wide through the US and this was by far the worst customer service we received.

I really wanted to like this place, but overall, it was a disappointing experience. The lattes was mediocre—not bad, but nothing special. On top of that, they charged me an extra $1 for syrup when all I ordered was a latte with whole milk, no extras. I didn’t realize the overcharge until we were already on our way home.

The biggest issue, though, was the lids. They wouldn’t stay on securely, and even a slight squeeze—just enough to pick up the cup—would cause the lid to pop off. My husband grabbed his latte from the cup holder, and the lid came off, spilling over half of his latte all over our car. He wasn’t holding it by the lid, just the cup itself. After that, I didn’t want to take the chance of my lid popping off and making an even bigger mess, so we ended up throwing both lattes away. We had only taken a couple of sips, so it was a complete waste of money.

To top it off, the staff wasn’t very friendly. We’ve had great experiences here in the past when visiting Flagstaff, so it’s really disappointing that this time around wasn’t the same. If we weren’t already on our way home to Tucson, we would have gone back to address the issue. Unfortunately, with the mediocre lattes, unexpected charge, unfriendly service, and lid disaster, we won’t be returning.
