Where do I even begin!? This was the most amazing experience & Jason made it that way. I mean I can’t speak more highly of him, his professionalism, and willingness to allow me and my friends have the most amazing evening. As he took care of all the things; food, dishes, cleanup. Jason also worked with me on food and price to make sure I could have his service for my event. If anyone in the Birmingham area wants to have a private chef for the night, choose magic city chef. Will not regret. Oh, and the food ……. To die for.

Chef Jason prepared and amazing 4 course meal for our group of 8 friends on our annual get together in Birmingham. The crab cakes, slaw and roumalarde sauce was the best I have had. The tenderloin steak melted in my mouth and chocolate raspberry desert was perfect ending to a very special culinary experience.

Jason was prompt, courteous and on time. He brought everything that he needed, including staff members. The serviced to our guest was impeccable! The staff were patient with the curious and adventurous guests. With that being said, I would definitely hire him again! I would just start with him first! My spouse added that he exceeded his expectations!

Jason was the consummate professional. He was responsive via email and text from consultation to the night of our dinner. I threw a 40th Birthday Party for my wife, and the entire experience couldn't have been better. We had a four-course dinner for 12 and the food was AMAZING! Highly recommend the pork belly sliders. Thank you, Jason, and #MagicCityChefs - we will be calling again! 100% recommend to anyone interested in private chef services in the Central AL area!

Jason was amazing from the moment I requested information on the private dinner. Jason is extremely professional and takes pride in both presentation and taste. Jason was extremely personable and conversed with every guest the whole night. We had a 4 course meal with 5 people served and every dish was amazing. The Dulce de Leche cheesecake was to die for! I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to make their dinner special!
