We stayed a night in the RV park, and i will say I was not sure what our night was going to be like, first impressions. The general area around the park sure could use some cleaning up. However, once we got backed into our site, all was good. Brand new or updated electrical, great water pressure, and no issues with sewer hook-up. Staff went over and above to accommodate us. Supper friendly and even one of the seasonal campers was helpful with suggestions for the area.

An unassuming motel which was PERFECT for my needs! CLEAN, inexpensive, WONDERFUL bed and linen and close ([in relative terms] to Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument). Ran by a one woman show, Linda, for an absentee owner, who was so welcoming and hospitality was top notch. Sure, the shower tile was pink, but the water was hot and I had an excellent sleep. We stayed in the RV park for 3 days, nice size spots for our 43 ft motorhome, and our towing vehicle . The manager was very nice, and a bonus that we know the owner and he's son, they are very nice and helpful, we loved our stay and will diffently be back next year,

A very modest motel. The staff person was pleasant. No soap provided. Space heater for room heat. No curtains on the shower window which worried my wife. Few options in Ajo. We love Organ Pipe which is 20 minutes away.

We stayed for one night. We had no reservations we just walked in and they quickly got us a room under $80. The room was okay, I been in much worse. Very basic. Old furniture, including the mattress. The bed frame was missing a leg, so they supported it with a rock. The carpet looks dirty and looks like it needs a good vacuuming. The room had a really strong smell of room fragrance or something they used to make it "smell good." Saw some dried up dead roaches by the nightstand, probably when they spray for bugs they come out dead. The whole bathroom needs an upgrade and a good cleaning. But everything is functional. I didn't like the shower head. Blew more air than water. But we got thru it. BRING YOUR OWN TOILETRIES! They don't provide any. Over all, we showered, slept and watched TV with cable and we had Wi-Fi. So we can't complain much. Room did have a small fridge and microwave. That was a big plus because we had food in our cooler. I'm very easy to please and don't require much, just a clean and decent bed, running water and flushing toilets. But if you are used to 5 star hotels, this is not for you. If I need to go back. I will consider staying there again.

Stairs to office difficult. Smoke detector flashes above bed. The manager moved them from the door because she passed chain smoking. Roaches. Sad decor. Loud people lounging. One passed in their truck. AC & fridge barely works. Had to bring my own toiletries including toilet paper. Acted put out I needed help figuring out TV. Refused to service room. They have a lot of nerve charging this much. Marine motel much better @ half the price.

I was very surprised about the high ratings. This has to be about the staff only. The rooms are a complete gut job. The pictures were taped to the deteriorating walls. If I had a choice I would have left immediately. Only room available in Ajo that night.$75 + for this room.

The most awful motel I ever stayed! The tiles were missing, the blankets were very dirty, the shower pot was rusty and dirty, no heating (they gave us an old little small dangerous heater). We arrived at late afternoon and it was our last option to sleep. We paid 125 USD for this disgusting place. The price doesn’t match at all.
