Would highly recommend The Cabin for a small wedding. We planned this from out of state but made a few trips for the venue tour and food tasting. I had a vision and Lauren was very accommodating. Food and bar service were amazing! Highly recommend the full open bar! Plenty of space for dancing afterwards. Although we won’t be hosting events anytime soon, we will sure be back to The Cowboy Club.

We traveled all the way from Wisconsin to have our wedding at this amazing venue, and it was everything we could have dreamed of and more! From the start, Lauren was an absolute joy to work with. She communicated with us so well, answered every question, and went above and beyond to make sure our small reception of 22 people was perfect.

She let us mix and match meals from their menu to suit our tastes, and the food was incredible. Everyone left full and is still raving about it! The crème brûlée was especially a hit. Lauren also took care of all the details, like setting up the guest book items we brought and even using their own holders and platforms to make everything look even prettier. She walked us through linens, dining ware, and even menus, which they create for you.

The venue itself is gorgeous and perfect for an intimate gathering like ours. They recommended Ryan Biter to sing during dinner, and wow, he was fantastic and talented! If you’re considering a live singer, book him. He was incredible and added such a special touch to the evening. Thank you Lauren for that recommendation. If you are planing to use a playlist, they will also let you connect your phone to Bluetooth for your playlist!

The staff were amazing from start to finish. The bartenders, owners, chef, and servers all made us feel so cared for. They even let us visit the venue a few months prior when we were in town where we met Lauren and ate at the Cowboy Club. We also went the night before to make sure everything was perfect for our day. After the party ended, they let my husband and me stay behind to finish our glass of wine and soak in the moment before walking to our hotel across the street.

If you’re considering booking this venue, do it! They will take care of you in every way. Thank you to everyone at The Cabin for making our special day so magical. We’ll cherish these memories forever! We will be back for an anniversary I am sure!

Absolutely amazing experience! We used the cabin for our wedding reception. We planned it as a destination wedding and were unable to make the time to come see the venue in person so we really did not know what to expect. This venue did not disappoint. Booking was easy and very user friendly, Lauren was available for all questions and offered plenty of guidance throughout the process and was very accommodating with any arrangements we needed. The venue offers its own services for silk florals, linens, plates, etc. they do an absolute fantastic job making your event beautiful and special while remaining affordable. The catering choices are to die for and the drinks are phenomenal. We enjoyed spending our time with you, thank you so much for making our special day perfect.

We had our wedding reception here and it far exceeded our expectations. The food, drinks, and space were all amazing. All of our guests raved about the food. All the servers were attentive and the small details that were put into our reception by the staff were more than we imagined. After having our wedding reception venue fall through 3 weeks prior to our big day, The Cabin Sedona and Lauren were life savers. And honestly, I’m so glad with how it worked out. Lauren and all the staff were amazing to work with and went above and beyond, the location is amazing and the venue is STELLAR while also being reasonably priced. I would choose this venue again and again for our wedding reception, they exceeded all our expectations!

I am so happy that I came across The Cabin during my research. I booked my reception Monday June 3 at The Cabin. I know planning for a wedding is very stressful but when it came down to location of reception , food , drinks and decor ; this part was the easiest part of my planning. Lauren made our experience so easy and stress free. On the day of the reception when I walked in I was very happy because it was exactly what I was hoping and even more ! The servers were absolutely great and the bartender was very thoughtful when it came to monitoring the bar tab. If you are ever in Sedona please check them out ! They also own The Cowboy Club restaurant in the front. Check them out you will not regret it !

We held our intimate wedding reception here on Halloween and everything from the start of planning (out of state too) to the end of the night was a breeze. We had dancing outside under the atrium and it was heated enough even when the temperature dropped to the 40s. The food was AMAZING and the staff were all so nice. It was so beautiful and we highly recommend this place!
