This was an absolutely wonderful experience! First the drive in the back has easy parking close to the door as well as easy access to bell carts right inside the door.

The lobby is beautiful was a short distance to the front desk from the entry. The staff were friendly and professional and very accommodating.

The hotel was very quiet, the room was clean, and extremely comfortable. I really really loved staying at this Residence Inn.

I would absolutely recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a nice pool and hot tub as well as workout facility.

It is located with easy access to many wonderful eateries. I can't say enough about this hotel except that I wish we could visit there more often

My wife and I stayed 19 nights in the US on our recent (January-February 2925) road-trip. And this was the best hotel experience of the good bunch!

Free parking opposite, warm welcome, great room (with balloons for my celebration placed), strolling distance to downtown, and breakfast included.

Just the friendliest staff. Thank you, guys, for a the GREATEST stay.

Very new and very modern and everything was perfect. The room was clean and everything seemed brand new. The staff was extremely pleasant. The breakfast buffet was better than most.

We absolutely loved it 👍🤩the room was super nice and clean! Loved the bathroom walk in shower with the provided shampoo/ conditioner pump bottles, very environmentally friendly 👍friendly staff too! We were traveling with our two dogs and it was an easy stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you stay longer and want to explore Flagstaff downtown, everything is in walking distance! We will be back 👍

Beautiful hotel, very well built... Kudos to the ownership for doing a good job and not cutting corners like many others.

Room was clean, well designed(typical brand standard).

We stayed one night, staff was welcoming and courteous!

Pool chlorine smell was strong and not tolerable, we didn't even go in the water and left.
