Went inside on 8-22-24 about 530pm. Thought the food would dry out. Only had a little bit left. I ordered the BBQ chicken and yellow rice and yams. The food is seasoned just right. The food is DELICIOUS. DEFINITELY will go back. For the price you pay it's well worth it. Got 2 pcs of chicken and 3 sides.

Our first time to eat here. Clean, everyone was friendly. Good country food. I got tender pork chop. My husband got chopped steak. It was very good! The Mac and cheese, green beans and steamed cabbage was wonderful with corn bread. Great Red velvet cake! We will be going back...

Every single dish I’ve tried here has been so good. It is top notch southern home style cooking at an amazingly affordable price. Try it once and you will become a regular. Check out their Facebook page if you want to see what’s on the menu each day, or just head on over. Trust me, you’ll find something you like, unless you are vegan. Sorry vegans, this place isn’t for you.

The food was very tasty. The macaroni had good flavor. The meatloaf was good. The cabbage had proper seasoning. The pinto beans were nice and juicy with flavor. The place was clean. It actually is a very cute decorative place. Not a lot of seating, but it is a place where you can really have a nice quiet country hometown meal. I highly recommend this place!!

My new favorite place for lunch. Friendly greeting, excellent tasting food, home cooking. They will cook catfish on demand. Serving size is copious and reasonable prices. Not cheap but I say it's worth every penny. Did I mention the blues music playing while we ate. So nice.

My wife and I stopped in on our way to New Orleans on Friday. It was so great, we stopped in again on our way back home to Atlanta. The food is outstanding! The best greens I have ever eaten. Fantastic fried covered in gravy pork chops on Friday. A bbq pork brisket today was incredibly tender and flavorful. My wife had some outstanding red beans and rice today. And forget about the desert options - incredible. Go if you can. It’s so worth it.

The world needs more places like this! Wonderfully delicious food, delightful cozy clean atmosphere, great place to stop whether you’re traveling or just live across the street. Highly recommended! I’ve been twice and will definitely keep returning.

First time here, service was impeccable. Ordered fried pork chops they were extremely thin and very very overcooked. I will say tho that the mac & cheese, dressing and cabbage was phenomenal!
