We evacuated from the hurricane and arrived up to Saraland. Tiffany, at the front desk was amazingly helpful and friendly. She advised us on things to do while in the area. Our morning breakfasts were excellent as well. I forgot the ladies name preparing the breakfast. She did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and neat, and clean. Highly recommend. Even the owner went out of her way to accommodate me! Hotel cares about you and they conduct business properly. Thank you all.

We needed a clean comfortable room for an overnight stay on our trip from Florida to Colorado. We also have a small support dog. This was a great stay. Clean, comfortable and fairly quiet. Plenty of parking for our truck and trailer. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. We were in a room where the shower pressure wasn't great and the AC cycled along during the night but everything was great. Love finding these gems along the way.

Stayed with my family. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. Chlorine smell was a little strong, but that's to be expected this time of year. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. They are also pet friendly.

This is a nice hotel but half of the staff is rude and the other half was incompetent. Had to clean my own room and was treated like a burden because I had to reserve nights by the day (due to my contractor). And I'm supposing the free breakfast is only for the muddy boot workers that kept the place dirty and funky, because we got the look from workers that were sitting down eating. Needless to say me and my family will only return to piss off the staff.

Ok so the rooms where clean and beds where comfortable, door locked, microwave and fridge, basics you know, the bathroom was a bit dirty and a couple cracks but not unusable I've definitely seen worse. By the way the window can open. Also the breakfast was pretty good and the staff was really nice. The ceiling was a bit thin cause I could hear the people above us, but they may have been a little rude. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Positive: The Staff -polite and friendly Negative: The King Master Suite bed mattress was worn out -hard no spring. The mattress had a sink in the middle. The commode was backed up due to water drainage problem. The commode flush tab was crack. We were afraid to flush commode due to the crack on handle

Let me start by saying that this is one of my favorite hotels to stay in with family by far. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is top notch. One less meal that you have to purchase while being away from home is always great. This past weekend, my family experienced a power outage in our room while we were trying to get dressed for our day and get ready for checkout. The front desk tried to help but she was unable to get it back working. I know that this isn't her fault but it seriously threw us behind, causing a chain of events that resulted in us leaving one of our personal items in the room. I was told that because I booked through a third party, a partial refund may not be received if the company did not dispurse it. I understand that, so I tried to call this morning to see if there is anything that can be done and could not get an answer.

Had to stay there for 9 days and the staff got increasingly ruder by the day. My room was paid for daily and I never asked for anything but towels. In a bad situation and they made me feel worse.
