I recently took my two kids to Jerry Bob's for breakfast. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. I ordered the Porky's Skillet, which was just okay. The potatoes were overcooked, while I like a bit of crunch, these were dry all the way through. My son ordered a pancake and had no complaints. My daughter ordered biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. After waiting about 20 minutes for our food, they delivered it and then informed us they were out of biscuits. They offered to bring toast instead, which was disappointing, especially since this wasn't mentioned earlier.

The restaurant was quite busy, and it seemed there were only two waitresses working. While they both seemed nice, there were clear service issues. No one offered refills, and no one checked to ensure the food was correct or satisfactory after it was served.

Overall, the experience was underwhelming, and the combination of food quality and service issues made it less enjoyable than I had hoped.

Large servings of classic dinner foods. We got the biscuits and gravy and Hash breakfast. Which we enjoyed thoroughly

My daughters pancake tasted a little off, like it might have been made with something that wasn't in date. BUT, there was plenty of food for her to eat from mine and my friends' plates, so it wasn't a problem. We got the biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon and the lemon ricotta pancakes with sausage and eggs. My pancakes tasted fine, but I didn't really taste the ricotta in them. Our service was great up until we paid, and then our server didn't even come back to our table, not even to offer us boxes. One of the neat things at this restaurant was that our food was brought out to us by a robot named Rosie! We haven't seen that before.

Worst biscuits and gravy I've ever had in my life! Biscuits were at very least day-old extremely stale and crusty and the gravy as you can see it was very runny and disgusting even drowning it tabasco was no fix. Such a shame to see as a former Jerry Bob's employee to see the quality of food at the worst I have ever seen, and the prices have dramatically increased. The cheapest thing on the menu the biscuits and gravy at 1 4, their basic breakfast meals are above 15 & the quality is just atrocious. The free muffin they offer for a five-star review would most definitely not be worth just telling the public how horrible this is. So don't be fooled by any good reviews they do have because they are just older folks who are motivated by the free muffin.

We were in the area on a Sunday morning and most stuff was closed, so we took a chance here and it paid off big time. I got an omelet that was delicious, and one of my partners got the chicken fried steak (best she's ever had) and fries (absolutely delicious). Other partner got the triple berry pancakes, which were so good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Not a local, but when we come back through the area next, we will be coming back

Food was mediocre. Barely warm, nothing special. More like a highway diner one would pass on a road trip. Even the jelly for morning toast was lacking variety. Service was excellent which should be noted but that won't bring me back. Too many other good places to have a meal.

First time visit and was surprised. The food is pretty good.
However, the seating needs to be repaired as the booths are wore out. They do have a delivery robot. However, I don't see much use of it as they had 5 waitresses carrying food all the time seem like overkill.
