This was my second time staying at the Ritz Dove Mountain. The first thing you notice about this resort (other than the obvious beautiful surroundings) is the level of service and friendliness of the staff. The guard who welcomed me on to the property was super nice. And then it just gets better. Joe the valet was so friendly you would have thought I knew him my whole life. Holly at the front desk--amazing. She has the pulse of everything that was going on in the resort. She takes hold of every request and gets anything you need done. She simply embodies every aspect of what you expect from Ritz Carlton. The entire staff from every server to cleaning teams, just all friendly and helpful. My only negative was that when driving back to the airport in Phoenix I got held up by a train on the way to the interstate and it was a train that took 20 minutes, had to reallly step on the gas after that. Leave yourself an extra 20 in case of train! But this resort is really a fun place to visit and staff makes it even better!!!

What a serene and beautiful area. And that's not even mentioning the hotel itself. Located in the beautiful Dove Mountain the Ritz-carlton is a wonderful getaway hotel resort. The desert-like feel, the animals, the critters and the ambience. If you ever needed a break from the everyday life this place is it. As a business getaway it excel with its numerous ballroom and meeting rooms and as a vacation it's just bliss. 10/10 would come again.

I think if 10 out of 5 stars was a possibility, I’d make that my rating. ||This is our second stay at this property, and every minute of it was delightful. I’m a hard core Marriott fan and a picky hotel customer, and the ladies and gentlemen here really shine to make this hotel a gem. ||First, the property is beautiful, set in the intersection of two mountains and there are stunning surroundings. Our rooms on both visits were upgraded (thanks for recognizing your Elite guests) and were quiet, comfortable and full of amenities. Exactly what you expect at a luxury hotel.||The staff are amazing here. Every single person we encountered—from the valet staff, to Nicholas at the front desk, to Dylan downstairs in the bar, were thoughtful, professional, and understand how to deliver service at a five star property with grace. ||Enjoyed a nice afternoon in the spa and the team there were so terrific as well. ||Absolutely a perfect visit. Can’t wait to come back again soon.

First, the staff here, regardless of position, have a deep understanding of service and hospitality. Could not have asked for more from them—they go above and beyond to make the experience. We’ll return to this property because of them. The setting is amazing and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

We loved everything about our stay except for the dining options. Ignite is hit or miss with mostly misses. Paid $28 for eight of the smallest vegetable maki I’ve ever seen. The fish and chips were bland and oily. Core is great for breakfast but the lunch menu seemed dinner-focused and crazy overpriced. And To Go is understaffed which creates long waits and defeats the convenience it should provide. Because of the location of the hotel, outside dining options are not easily accessible, so the lack of good on-site options makes a huge difference and significantly reduces the number of nights I’d want to stay.

Very spacious rooms (including bathroom & shower area), very good customer service including interesting accents from around the world. The mountain decor is warm and very comfortable. Spa service was worth it with all the amenities and I can't say enough about the desert scenery. Gorgeous.

The most stunning backdrop to our wedding day! The staff was beyond exceptional and professional every step of the way. Especially Aubrey King who is the Manager of Meetings and Special Events at the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain. They made the experience seamless and communicated well with the whole team day of. We couldn't be more thankful to them and everyone at the Ritz-Carlton for their hard work!

Excellent stay here. Beautiful & so relaxing. Everyone we came across that worked there was very nice and helpful. Our room attendants Jessie & Yessenia did a great job. 10/10 would recommend for a work conference, honeymoon, or baby moon (it was all of the above for us)!

Rodney-sommelier and wine tasting|Holly-reception |Heidi and Sheila- servers at Core|Ernesto and Victoria- hosts at Core|ALL the valet staff, Christian at the pool, and consistent housekeeping.||I started my review by highlighting the amazing staff we had over the course of our 8-day 20th anniversary trip. They truly made a difference, and I hope management knows how valuable these individuals were to our daily routine.||While we were here, we used the Spa, all 3 restaurants, bkfst every day, the ranger station, bikes, hikes, the biz and fitness centers. ||When we had one small issue with our shower, we called down and James from engineering was up within 10 minutes to look at it, offered to fix it immediately, but since it was around 9 PM told us if we are going to be gone the next day, he would come back and fix it while we were gone. ||That was it. Our only issue and it was addressed immediately. My wife and I were super impressed. I highly recommend it for couples, but there were plenty of families here too. ||Fantastic experience.
