Love the citrus trees everywhere. We picked fresh grapefruit, oranges and lemons almost every day. Large park with an on-site restaurant, fitness room, 2 pools, hot tub, and friendly staff and guests. I liked the all day curbside trash pickup.

Confused by the background check required if staying more than 30 days that you have to pay for. Definitely won't be staying long-term here.

We had an emergency in our RV that required immediate service. After our service was completed, we decided to stay the night at this park, which is right next to the service center we were at.

This is the BEST RV park we have ever stayed at. We liked it so much that we extended our stay to several days. The staff is attentive and very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well situated. The location was close to restaurants with great food, grocery stores, and the like.

The RV spaces in the section we were in were quite spacious and had citrus trees throughout. They also offer many social activities, if you're into that. Their WIFI signal was good.

The only negative thing I found was when I used the laundry room, the floor needed cleaning. But the mess I encountered could have been made earlier that morning by another user before the cleaning crew made their rounds.

That aside, we will definitely stay here whenever we're in the area.

Fantastic 3 nights with our teenage daughters while visiting our son at UofA. Property was immaculate and huge. Office staff were friendly and accommodating at check in. All other staff we came across were friendly. We had a pull through site with fire pit which was perfect for the cool evenings and also provided a little privacy. Constant trash pick up from the curb. Daily activities for all ages and a market with all the essentials. Community fire pits, fruit trees, putt putt and pickleball. Game room and multipurpose rooms, mail and a Santa train! The hot tubs were hot and pools heated. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Hot water and great pressure. Some of the machines were older and needed service in the gym but it was still bigger than most hotels. We didn’t get to the restaurant or laundry. Morning walks throughout the property up and down every street was just over 2.5 miles. They even have a little library! Highly recommend this oasis in the city and we will definitely stay again.

Although in the middle of the ghetto in Tucson, this KOA was SO NICE! I was so so surprised at how amazing this place is. Once you're inside of it, it's like it's own little town and feels very secure inside its walls. The activities were great, the amenities were great, and we tried just about everything. We stayed in a pull through spot with our travel trailer, and it was so fun to have a grapefruit tree right next to us. My kids love grapefruit! The spot was great. We tend to prefer back in spots, but this one sure worked for us. My parents stayed in one of the cabins and it was really great! The one they had was fenced in, perfect for the dogs, had its own grapefruit tree, fire pit, and the space inside of it was pretty spectacular. We used the shower facility which was one of the nicest shower facilities we've ever used while camping. The pools were great and nice and warm (we were there for Christmas), the pickelball court and all the gaming areas were well maintained, and it was so nice that we didn't have to pay to use a lot of the things. The store had just about everything you could need, and the icing on the cake was a really simple but great service, where you literally left your trash and/or recyclables on the road in front of your spot, and they have drives come drive by all day to take your trash for you. A simple, but amazing luxury! I can't recommend this place enough!

Love this place. Road leading to the RV sites are wide & clearly marked. RV sites are clean & spacious. Fruit trees are a wonderful sight & oranges & grapefruits are delicious in December. This KOA is unique with a wide selections to choose from. I love the Paw Pen which is spacious & clean. Highly recommended to snowbirds like us. We will return next year with a long stay.

4.5 stars
We weren't there long. But we really didn't care for the location of our site. The sky was obscured by the roofed area people were parked under on one side. In front of us was a bunch of green metal boxes. We were on a corner and it was so busy... People enjoyed standing and staring into the camper even waving at you as you walked inside... Which is friendly but odd... First place that happened for us and we've been doing this for over 20 years. Our rig is 44 long and was easy in and easy out. Pretty level. Staff nice. Picked up yeah all the time if you left it out. Grounds were kept very nice. First couple of days the wifi was great... Then last day or so it was spotty. But still usable. Cable was good too. We would stay again but would try to pick a different spot. It was very busy. Lots of things to do and many amenities.

This campground is adorable!! Lots of room to walk dogs or get some good exercise. The sites are clean. We had a site with a pet enclosure. It was a tight fit for our rig but worth it for the added pet space. Some of the sites are covered which I would imagine is ideal for a summer visit. The resort had citrus trees sprinkled throughout which added a beautiful view out our windows. The campground had a ton of ongoing activities. Pedal cars were available to rent. Lots of sites were friends could gather around a fire. The Mexican restaurant was terrific and we wish we had time to stay for karaoke!! The resort is close to the national park and we definitely recommend the desert museum.

We did not have much interaction with the staff but the registration/gift shop employees were not very friendly or welcoming. It did not impact our experience but we also did not have any issues or need help.

The immediately surrounding isn’t awful but a visit to the nearby Target shopping center indicated the area seriously struggles with panhandling, homeless, and shoplifting (everything we needed was locked up). Easy to work around but something to keep in mind. We did feel safe at the resort which is tucked away behind a lazyday rv dealership.

Nice place, great sites, well the one we had was. Nice Mexican restaurant on site that delivers. I want to give a shout out to Freddie as he helped us with a small issue we had prior to check out. Wonderfully helpful and we were genuinely pleased to see great customer service. Thanks again
