If only all restaurants had the level of freshness, quality, and excellence as Juanita’s has. This place is simply the best. I actually kissed the hands of the cook on one of my many visits over the last twelve years. Don’t miss the guac and chips or the shrimp tacos or anything with carne asada, and the salsa bar is the best.

Dined in. At first was going to do takeout but a table opened up and our family of 4 was able to have a seat. Ordered Birria, burrito, Torta, and enchiladas and of course an orange Jarito. Food and service was incredible, very friendly and attentive staff. You gotta eat here!

The service is always fantastic, super friendly an helpful staff. The food is always fresh, flavorful and exactly what you order. Large portions, a salsa bar to choose your own. The place itself is a little small, they're always pretty busy. I normally order an pick up an their always quick with their orders. Prices are good also.

Placed carry-out order for eight and everything was perfect! I often find that with a large order something is missed or not as it should be -- not the case with this order -- everything was spot on! Food was delicious and portions plentiful. Will order again.

Scouted this gem out just by researching places outside of Sedona area and reading reviews, and I'm happy to add that this place was terrific. Hands down best chimichanga I've ever had. I am usually a chicken person, but opted for the carne asada, and it was delish! If I wasn't just visiting, this would definitely be my go to place time and time again. 🙂

Decent hole-in-the-wall mexican eatery.
Place was swamped with laborers and locals during lunch so I had to try it. Very small and humble restaurant but everything you need is there. Just be prepared to wait for a table or eat in your car.
Had the monthly Pozole special with bread. It was good for me but not best I've ever tasted at other places in Phoenix. I still enjoyed it like good comfort food against the cold damp winter weather in cottonwood. Despite how small and chaotic it might was inside kitchen staff still checked on me like a waitress would have. I would come back and dine again.
