Cottonwood is so lucky to have you guys! I’m in town from Phoenix and was in the mood for Sazón de Oaxaca! It’s very difficult to find even in Phoenix. The ones I have tried in Phoenix have let me down but look NO MORE! They are serving up some of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time right here in Cottonwood out of their food trailer! I had the watermelon agua Fresca and Mango as well! Both taste phenomenal but the watermelon was my favorite 😋 for starter we had Asada and Pastor tacos, Carnitas Quesadilla, empanadas, and I had a adobada burrito! Everyone in my party was really happy with their food and service! And I forgot to mention their salsas are top tier delicious! They are spicy but very favorable! I’m normally a red salsa type of guy but I tried their green salsa and stuck with that one! The red salsa is very tasty! I usually get let down on green so that’s why I stick to red salsa. But here, they are both fire!!!! 🔥

Thought that this was an actual restaurant. Yst a heads up, it's a food truck. Drove around looking for the building until I realized that it was the food truck. Did not get a chance to order but it smelled really good.
