Unique little place like no other. I've stayed here twice and can't wait to try out a different trailer each time. Highly recommend for a little quirky getaway or as a group trip with other friends.

We rented two trailers. They were amazingly clean and like brand new what a blast what a great place don’t hesitate. They have a restaurant entertainment gazebo for meeting your neighbors. Just a cool cool time.🥳🥰♥️

It's a great little trailer park. Remember, the units are from the 50s. So if you're looking for luxury, not your place. Everything is well maintained by Justin. We had a problem on a late arrival, he fixed it right away. That's great service. Everyone at Dots Diner very nice great food and service. We will definitely be back.

We wanted to do something different and the Shady Dell did it for us! Cute diner but only open Friday thru Monday. It was a walk down memory lane staying in these old trailers. The only downfall was the flies ....

Not what it seems. Air condition out, Justin promised refund. Has not happened. Not very clean. No one at front when we got there. Found cleaning lady she let us in. Not a very good experience. Justin is difficult to get in touch with and he has not kept his promise.

After attempting to contact the property manager and getting no response I figured I’d leave the review so others can be saved the trouble. First I found a pair of dirty panties on the couch. It was also freezing inside the trailer, the tiny space heater could not keep up at all. The blankets did little to nothing since they were so light and small, basically a beach towel. There was no substantial bedding on the bed, just sheets and a duvet cover. We woke up in the middle of the night to it being 50° inside and after trying to tough it out we finally decided to just pack up and head home instead of actually staying through the night. Outlets did not support modern day chargers either. They also failed to mention that there are no showers or hot water in these rooms. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone because there is no one working on the property and no one to answer calls or emails either apparently.
After demanding a refund the owner finally responded and said that ‘you could’ve asked for another heater’ (which may have worked if someone was actually working there) and said he would refund me. After waiting over a week I never received a refund. 100% a scam. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

Pros- Unique and nostagic experience.|The RV we stayed in had a record player with old time records, DVD player on the tv to view old time movies, old time coffee percolator which we did not use because we drink caffeine-free coffee. It had two sleeping areas and a working shower. It was fun to see the quality of that time era. In its day it was the top of the line luxury and very well made. There are many different RVs to choose from.||Cons- Kids are not allowed in the one we stayed in to preserve the RV. We went in Feburary, which is their off season. This means that there is no one onsite to help you find your RV or to ask questions. They do not pick up the pone when you call. They returned one of my two calls about questions I had. The WIFI would not connect. Yes I had the right password. It was cold. The bedding had a set of sheets and an old time bedspread which was very thin. The extra 1 blanket was a small throw. I did not sleep well. The pillows were flat. There is a modern wall heater in the living room, but no fan to push the warm air to the back where we were sleeping. ||Be warned- if you are a large or extra large person, you will not fit in the bathroom or shower. People were thinner and smaller in the 50's! Do not go in the cold months. I am sure our experience would have been better if we were there during the normal season. That being said, I feel we should have at least had a person to meet us and at minium, a couple of warm blankets for winter for the $140 we paid for the night's saty.
