We reserved for a week. Upon checking, the fabulous clerk said we could pay each night as we stayed. I thought it was cool service and so glad she did because we left after one night. The sofa was stiff as a board and I comfortable. The heat didn't turn on and the beds had one blanket each. The front desk tried calling maintenance but she said he wasn't answering. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The mirror is so hight that at 5 ft 2 in was able to just see my fave/head. When I went to checkout and be sure they knew we were not staying the rest of the week, no one at reception. Used the outside phone as instructions on the sign. No answer. Stood at the door hollering to the parking lot like a ghetto woman asking if anyone worked there. Started walking the property and found what appeared to be the front desk clerk talking with someone sweeping. I walked the 50 ft towards her, based on layout and approach she knew I needed help. She ignored me and kept her conversation with the sweeper. I gave it 30 seconds and assumed she wasn't going to address me so walked away. To my back she asked if I needed something. I am intrigued by the volume of good reviews. When this place is 75 a night vs the other 105 a night in the area, keep that in perspective. You get what you pay for. The only thing going for this place was the very helpful night clerk. Forgot to mention, the kitchens don't come stocked with kitchen supplies, you get them from the front desk. A heavy box you have to carry upstairs

Checked in and the lady at the front was really helpful. We got our room keys and our room happened to be occupied already. We got another room which was “cleaned” but not good enough. The person at the front desk was really helpful and gave us a full refund.

Love it here. This is my second time staying here and both times were enjoyable. Friendly staff and made me feel very welcoming. Clean and has a full kitchen and full size refrigerator. We will be back, they even have a pool in the back area. Hidden gem!

Room was good its just too many sketchy people
We got a call at 2 in the morning to the room phone with someone asking if we wanted to party (my 2 month old baby was already sleeping). We hung up but then they called again and were just heavily breathing on the phone
Not sure why the hotel would allow calls to come in from other rooms (not sure if it was room to room or front desk).

Worst establishment I ever had the displeasure of sleeping in. The room was dirty, it was overbooked so we did not get the room we reserved, the shower and countertop were dirty, the sheets and towels were dirty or stained. We kept our shoes on the whole time except in bed.

several months ago i was visiting sierra vista due to my grandmothers passing, first room i got here had issues with bees in the room cause a hive outside the window, after a week stay and just dealing with the bees cause we didnt wanna be a burden we decided to stay another week but requested a new room this time due to the bees the lady at desk said it was no problem at all and if there was any issue just to
let her know and she would get us a better room, we get the new room and the fridge doesnt work and about 100$ of food goes bad the bath is peeling paint from where they tried to paint over something weird flakes of white were floating around in the bath, so i then the next day i let them know about the issues and we move rooms finally we got a good room with no issues. however a few days later we decided we were staying here longer so we wanted to try our luck for a room there again this time my partner booked it. of course we get the room and the shower doesn't work. at all. your choices are bath or nothing, i'm stressed from work and wanna take a shower and am paying nearly 500$ a week for a place with no shower? so my partner goes to ask if they can fix it they say they cant get anyone tonight so he asks for a room change and the lady at desks says if we ask for a another room change we are to be refunded and asked to leave cause “fraud speculation ” im like fraud how is it fraud to request a room change due to not being able to SHOWER? im in the office to at this point and the lady not even 5 mins while were in there she starts yelling at us and tells us we have to leave she calls the police and they come and just leave cause i showed them a video of everything that happened. the staff lady was clearly mentally unstable and treated us bad cause she was having an episode or something we were talking calmly to her and she just starts yelling at us we did nothing wrong. we got mistreated by staff and told we had to get our stuff within the hr and leave ALL BECAUSE WE ASKED FOR A ROOM CHANGE WHEN THE SHOWER DIDNT WORK. Yall save yourself the anxiety and skip this place. they will act like they are nice at first but they dont care about anyone but money. we got our stuff and left with no problem to get a new room at a different place. when i woke up the next morning i see a $50 charge from studio 6 and im so upset at this point. the lady was clearly mad about the whole thing so she decided to take it upon herself to charge me a random $50 deposit when i wasnt even there. and of course when i show up
in the morning im told she just left her shift ended at 7am and its only 6:58am so she left early to avoid confrontation. i tell the manager there and they dont CAREEEE. they couldnt provide me an explanation to why i was charged in the middle of the night for no reason and only could offer a refund. this place is a nightmare dont go here cause your risking your money being processed without permission and you risk wasting money to be threw out cause they are renting out bad rooms. -10000 stars this place was the worst.

We love this hotel we have stayed here a total of 3 weeks waiting for housing on Fort Huachuca. The staff is amazing and the rooms are clean! And if you have any issues they correct it as soon as humanly possible. Veronica was amazing and made sure we were well taken Care of! We will always come back here if needed!!

I've lived here almost 2 months. I love it here! The manager has been very good to me and it's peaceful. Everyone keeps to themselves! Highly recommend!
